2000 model, Mercedes, SL 600 v12 with 7000 miles.  Part of my collection for many years possibly the lowest mile SL 600 of this era known.

Econometer isn't working btw. Interesting difference in trims. I do prefer the Sacco panels on the early cars. But these are very special!

when these Merc V12’s sit for periods of time, how often do you recommend starting them and maybe even driving them for a few miles? you know, just to get everything lubricated a little.

I can't give you exact numbers of safe starting or driving intervals, but I can say it is common knowledge Euro cars die a painful death when they sit. Japanese cars can sit forever, then be driven forever. They don't care. Euro cars that sit are just as bad as high mileage neglected ones. Even worse in some cases.
