Ah! sounds so familiar! We have 2 gensets similar to this at work but with the same engine.... Beautiful pieces of machinery.
So back in 1900 this one genarator could have powered my entire city ..

Funny we are looking for a gen for our 1200KW grow op so that what brought me here
A diesel generator could run on bio only if the unit was used as a prime power source. Stand by units I would not recommend. But me personally as a Cummins tech for 15 years and a Caterpillar tech for 3 I would stay away from bio.
thing musta been overseas to have those specs on the head
Can the diesel generator works or run on Biodiesel?

It can run on biodiesel but not recommended. As the generator sits for days the biodiesel can gel up in the fuel lines and injection pump causing damage.

2000kw is imposible to work in 480v，because need much current
