The Grand Orange Lodge of England annual parade held in Liverpool on Saturday 16th September 2000. The Bedford Bible & Crown Defenders LOL 71 had their new bannerette dedicated to the memory of their founding Deputy Master, Brother Fred Hall, immediately before the parade and they were joined on parade by members of the Hall family from Co Monaghan & Co Antrim. This footage was filmed using 8mm video tape.
