If you're having multiple misfires, please read: In went thru everything on my 01 T&C. New plugs, wires, coil, hollowed out the cat, checked cylinder pressure... Everything!!! Checked all injectors. Turns out these vans have a bad habit of melting the wires that go to the injectors. They're located on the back of the engine, way too close to the exhaust. Maybe took me 2 hours to get to them, seperate them, rewrap each wire with electrical tape, then wrap home insulation around it all so it doesn't happen again. Totally solved my problem. Very common problem, and no one ever recommends checking this.

As im watching the video, I'm seeing that your using a t-pin to back probe each of the four wires on the ignition coil pack connector, then your connecting the alligator clip of the test light on the t-pin, then your starting the caravan to run, with the probe end of the test light your touching the negative battery post, why are you touching the negative battery post with the probe end of the test light when your t-pinning and checking each of the four wires on the ignition coil pack connector? I'm just asking because I'm not understanding and comprehending that part.

Hi, wondering if you can give me some advice. I had same issue, just on cyl 5. I tried using a test light like you showed, when I tried the 2nd from left wire (ASD wire) it instantly started running worse and shut off. It blew 2 fuses, 1 was ignition and I can't remember what other was, just replaced it. Now it will crank but not start, and have no spark. Have replaced coil, and ASD relay with no positive results. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The second wire from the right brn/wht, is your power wire for the coil. check power with DVOM, or test light while cranking engine. 2nd wire from the left is a coil driver wire.
