Nice video! Sprung for the lady white 2 pack a few months back… was skeptical at first, but after seeing how they just hold up so well, take washing and drying without shrinking and look like selvage denim in the way they crinkle around the arms if worn a few times without washing I’ve fallen in love! I’m also an in between size guy on them, and if you wash and dry them on hi heat, you will get juuust a touch of shrinkage to make em perfect.

Great video man keep it up. I like the Rugby tee from Lady White co because I still wear my tees a bit boxier but I also got a 2-pack of the "Our" tees that I wear under flannels/overshirts etc. and they're great. being in between sizes does suck man I know the feel

I have the samurai 2-pack which are incredibly comfortable, good weight & construction. The Flat Head henley is a great fit, great construction. Lady White Co. Rugby t-shirt is really worth a try IMO, heavyweight, good construction and get more comfy over time. My two favorite shirts are the Merz B. in their heaviest weight (natural - the slubbiness and imperfections look awesome) and I have the samurai zero cotton in the black - awesome in every way (other than it's a bit long) great vid man!

All pretty on point. I’ve tried a lot of these. For me, I like a particular Tee from Nigel Cabourn for the fit. My main thought was that you should start hemming your t-shirts and altering them more generally. I’ve done that and it’s great.

@@JamesHerlihy Cool! I buy the 3 Pack of T-shirts from Cabourn (3 different styles per pack). Happen to be a good fit on me but will differ from person to person. Quality is pretty high. Regarding the T-shirt alterations, I've also altered the sleeve opening to good effect and even tapered the shirts slightly. It's a bit tricky and a couple T-shirts ended up in the trash but if you dial it in, it's perfection. For example, I totally agree on the Velva Sheen shirts. So good on the fit for me too, but the length is ridiculously out of proper proportion. Hemming can make those shirts perfect.

Great video and good takes. You should check out James Perse if you aren't familiar. Made in USA tees with the classic LA aesthetic. I normally go for their classic short sleeve crew neck, but if you really want to treat yourself, their Lotus tees are next level (Made in Japan, unrivaled material and incredible fit/feel). Don't bother with the rest of their clothing as I find it to be quite overpriced for what you get. But they really hit a home run with the tees.

Thanks so much for sharing I really enjoy your videos. The rrl pilled comment made me laugh. I follow their releases religiously and aesthetically it's my favorite brand but their quality is hit or miss and I wish they were more transparent about the manufacturing process. I like to branch out from my tastes as well. You showed many of the shirts I have been interested in. There are a few others I have been eyeballing that I would recommend checking out: the pbj indigo dyed crew necks (the sun dyed one at self edge looks super nice) and the Warehouse stand wheeler pigment-dyed t-Shirt (fit is a bit long and roomy on body and sleeves for my taste though). Are you familiar with any of these? I would love to hear your thoughts on them. Thanks again for sharing your passion.
