hi. hello. indie polish maker here. 👋🏽 the mark-ups for nail szhuzh on the market is insane. glitters, pigments, powders, chromes, etc... this shit is all manufactured by the same handful of factories in china. i cackle when i see "big nail art brands" sellin a single 5g jar of flakies or glitters for $10+, when i KNOW said brand paid $10 for 5 *_ounces_* of those glitters. lol these multichrome and neon powders & unicorn flakies that jo's showin are the *exact* same raw materials that makers use in their polishes (as long as they're solvent-resistant, cuz nobody wants glitters that bleed in polish. trust me, i've been there. 😩) so don't be afraid to try temu's flakies & shit, y'all. a higher price point doesn't always = better quality. cuz it's all made by the same folks, purchased in bulk by nail art brands, repackaged & sold at outrageous price points. 🤷🏽‍♂

Agreed TEMU is my go to and has been since it first came out

I used glow in dark powder to paint Christmas trees and snowflakes, added white glitter on top. Omg, looks sparkly in light and the glow! Temu items as well.

Wow, I haven't tried them yet. I'm surely going to do it now. And your ombre with the pigments were really great, I loved them. I'm so glad you popped up today cuz the last 2 weeks of my life were awful & you really cheered me up. My X husband died on Tuesday after a week of being in a coma, & brain dead. As you know he was a severe alcoholic & he passed out, was flown to hospital & that's basically it. Even tho we were divorced due to his alcoholism, we remained close. He was by far the love of my life & he was only 65. Everyday is a different stage of grieving. My son btw is almost 2 years sober now, thank God. Just wish Scott would have tried to be. Anyway, I'm checking out temp asap, I'm smiling now thanks to you!!!

5:50 crap. I just placed an order an hour ago. Wish I had watched this first. I definitely need to get that little printer. That is a fantastic idea as a pet sitter. I take lots of pictures and I do send them to my clients but being able to leave a printout for them?! Next level! * I didn't know you could add to the order within a certain time frame. Yay!

Yes I know where you’re talking about with the pricey pigments. I just bought them for a ton more from his site. Then found out there was a kit or bundle of them which I didn’t realize but anywho, I should’ve tried these first. Can’t wait to see those chromes on clear 🤗💅👀🙏

❤ I love Temu. I got a great deal on winter coats this year from them, and just ordered some rhinestones myself from them yesterday. They have a bad rep because a lot of the manufacturers their stuff comes from have questionable labor practices, but the prices are undeniable. Of course, if you buy any clothing from them, check the measurements before you buy. They are made for Asian body types, and being almost 6ft tall I have to order up, sometimes by 2 sizes to get things that fit correctly. And a lot of it is polyester, so check the material as well. That being said, I’ve always been pleased with the things I’ve bought. Hope you and Dexter are well.🥰

I was VERY skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. Like any big, affordable company, there might be some questionable items, and I've no idea what the clothes are like, but there are for sure bargains to be made!

I know when I found Temu I went CRAZY.. I literally had packages coming 3 or 4 times a week. I have no clue what all I have 😅. I recently bought hubby and I each a throw blanket for snuggling up watching movies. Had I bought them from anywhere else I would've paid a good bit more for 1 than the price of 2 from Temu. I have heard people complain about this and that but honestly for the price I can let some things slide. I got a 6 compartment tray of caviar beads, different colors. The lid had popped open in transit. Paid less than 2 dollars so I seen no reason to contact them about it.

RANT INCOMING! This is what bugs me.... right, ppl or rather "someone" moaned at me in a Temu haul video I did, saying that it's ppl like me makes smaller businesses go out of business by buying from places like Temu?? Erm... sorry but a certain uk business (most actually) are charging TRIPLE yes TRIPLE and bloody buying them from Temu themselves?? Make it make sense please!! I'm cutting out the middle man and saving £££££'so to buy more crap. I feel better now 😂

Rant away! Don't let anyone tell you what you should and shouldn't buy. If you're given a choice to buy a product for £25, or the *exact same product* for £6, then you get the £6 one. And the company charging £25 likely bought it at the £6 place. Also, WE ARE THE SMALL BUSINESSES! You save where you can, and where you spend YOUR money, is nobody's business but your own.

It's around $15. But there are always codes or coupons flashing up on screen, or there's a wheel that spins and you get discounts. I guess the pricing changes at different times. 12 quid is still better than 30 from Amazon 😅
