I have a 20 member Squad , a great bunch of guys that took 4 yrs to gather, we're quite competitive when it comes to qualifying etc. Last month I mentioned this video , now it's 8 of us who got the itch , in our race to 100 miles I'm stuck at 79.9 Airbornejack has 92 we have to take screenshots as proof. Only downside is all our progress in the game has ceased due to the time we dedicate to this race, but it's worth it, glad you shared this, and as always, we appreciate all your time and effort.

That’s awesome! It’s important to find fun in the game, not just work and progressing through seemingly endless series. This race is completely unique in the game. No other race produces such crazy traffic. I’d still like to hit that 500 mile mark but it is SOOOOO difficult!

A 200+ mile is insanely awesome. A 100+ is very difficult for most people, but it is still achievable. I am amazed with how precise your hand control is.

Thank you! It takes a while to dial in this track. It is not easy to keep it at full throttle. One very important tip is to run steering assist high at this track and at Daytona speedway. Those are the only two places I do it. I also drop my steering sensitivity by 2 notches when I put steering assist high on.

@malcolmewing5946 nope, it definitely still works. I’m currently on lap 26 which is over 100 km. I wanted to test it myself before I responded. You have to drive very aggressive AND clean. In the first 25 laps I only tapped my brakes once and I only lifted off the throttle 3 times. If you’re lifting and/or braking at every corner it’s impossible. Years ago this was one of the the best farming tracks in the McLaren P1 GTR. But then they made changes to McLaren generations and you cannot go forever now. With strategy and careful racing I have gone 92 km in the P1 GTR even now. The same strategy applies to every version so that you can stretch your distance. I don't know if you've ever thought about bringing a series from an automobile school, it would be a nice addition there.

I haven't quite been able to hit the perpetual point on this race yet, but I'm not fully upgraded. Good to know it can be done! I'll keep trying.

Actually that has no effect on the bots in endurance races. All it will do is lower your distance targets which is sometimes beneficial. But you can get the same benefit by running the race off-line. There is a trick to space the bots out and make it easier to pass during the first 10 laps. LOL, so true! My thumbs can’t get sore. I actually have to slightly rotate my thumb position on the gas from time to time. But Tilt A here is brutal when you lose traction due to a quick maneuver; the walls drag you in and you lose so much speed.

I’ve come to realize how very little it takes to obtain stage 1 damage in this race, maybe I notice it more now that I’m able to circle the track without lifting at 111-112 mph, but I tap a bots rear bumper 👎 to 206 mph , minding my own business in my lane a bot slides up and hits my front end, that really frustrates me 👎 to 206 again, what I think has been your best advice on the 1st video was explaining how you kinda gotta turn into the wall while exiting a corner, it feels wrong at 1st but it’s something you MUST learn to “Beat” this race my record is Still 79.9 but I haven’t given up yet. Thanks for all you do for RR3 and it’s dedicated players, your time and effort is greatly appreciated, hope you are Well.

Thanks Del. That is very frustrating, I feel your pain! One tip that I don’t know if I’ve shared much. If you get out of the gas right when you’re contacting a bot you can sometimes get away with it. I don’t mean hit the brakes, I mean let go of everything. I have sometimes done a full pit maneuver on a bot, by accident and had no damage at all because I let off the gas and the brakes. Sometimes you can get away with it while you are on the brakes but I find out something about the programming that is a little easier on you when you’re not on anything. Doesn’t work all the time though! I also have found the walls are way more forgiving than a bot. Good luck out there, I’m sure you will eventually be your old record.

It definitely still works, it isn’t easy though. You basically have to be full throttle the whole time. It’s okay to lift off the throttle or brake once every couple of laps. If you are slowing down for every corner then you’ll definitely never get there. You don’t have to be fully upgraded but you will need at minimum the upgrades required to finish the series; which is everything except for the last body and last drivetrain. With that configuration I was able to get over 100 km distance. However if you get any damage at all you won’t be able to keep it up for very long. You’ll know you’re damaged by your top speed dropping and your windshield showing cracks.

You get 50 gold and a race livery. Sometimes with those you have to keep running random races to get them all, even after running all races once. Don’t buy them, just keep racing. Tips can be found in the comments of this page rr3.fandom.com/wiki/Group_A_Grand_Tour

1 hour. I average 200 miles an hour. I have many laps where I am averaging 211 but then there are times I have to slam on the brakes and it takes pretty much 1 whole lap to get that to be back.

It’s definitely still possible. I originally did it with the same upgrades as you. The thing is you have to keep it full throttle the majority of the time. So you can’t be braking multiple times during a lap. I only start braking when I’ve hit the perpetual point and there’s a massive gaggle of cars. You’ve got to drive pretty close to the walls to get a good race, line through the corners and keep it full throttle.

That took one hour. I basically average 200 miles an hour. As to your second question, yes, heavy side damage can slow you down. In fact there are times I’ve had no cracks in the windshield but I did have stage one damage. That’s pretty rare though. Usually I have cracks to accompany the damage. It needs to be a pretty heavy slam. Also, if you’re off the brakes and the gas when you contact a bot there’s less chance of being damaged. I have sometimes had pretty severe crashes cause no damage simply because I took my thumbs off the screen. Even really heavy wall damage can slow you down damage wise, but walls are substantially more forgiving than bots. In fact there are times that I will purposely grind my car into a wall to slow down quicker rather than hit a bot. That’s one reason why I like to stick very close to the walls so that the initial contact is minor but the grinding affect slows me down. Grinding along the wall will not give you speed altering damage, just the initial slam into the wall.

What stops my Runs 90% of the time is minor damage, as I’m sure your aware your not going to continue to pass cars even if your running 207mph the entire track , just can’t keep up at that speed, I know this , when I see my max speed drop to 207mph I assume that’s stage one damage, it’s like watching my slow death 💀 as another attempt slowly rolls to a screeching Halt 😩😤😥🤯 just an observation regarding bots, i love all endurance racing, I’ve noticed in F1 if you pass a bot prior to a sharp corner the bot a lot of times will plow into your back end causing a half spin almost to a stop. I liked it better when you passed the bots and it looked like they were being Yanked off the face of the Earth. !! 😆

@@delgarner2742 yes, I also preferred that yanking method. The F1 cars seem to exhibit this new glitch the most. I have had it happen in a few other cars though, where they just nitro plough you right off the track!! I noticed the same thing, passing them right as you’re heading to a sharper corner. For the F1 cars I try to limit those types of passes to the inside line so it can’t happen, but sometimes you just have to go for it. 😬

Well now....I just did the race, finished 1st.....18 laps....held it wide open pretty much all the way....199 mph. I backed up a little at the green....then started, there was "no" problem passing the bots, all spread out single file.....I was looking forward to all the other bots like you have, any idea ME7 ???

You need to be more at 210/211 mph to get the crazy traffic. Crazy traffic is triggered by fast, back-to-back laps. Even in the more normal endless endurance races, the faster you run the closer the bots will get. Here they end up driving on top of each other.

Hi there. It’s now impossible in the P1 GTR. It stopped working years ago, back in update 6.3 when they reworked the series. I miss those days! It only possible in the Nissan in the video.

Hi there. It’s a really difficult race and it doesn’t pay very well unfortunately. However, I find it to be a lot of fun. The information you’re looking for is actually in the video description. There’s a link in there that takes you to the series that the car appears in. Scroll down a bit to the cars is action which in this case, but only contains one car. There you can click on the car name which is a link and that takes you to a page that shows you all the information about the car. So you will see the cost of the car and also the costs of each upgrade.

I’ve tried that as well, not possible. I’ve tried it in every car, it’s only possible in this Nissan in the video. Used to be possible in the McLaren P1 GTR but that stopped working with update 6.3 when they modified that series. Maybe it will be possible in a future car but they don’t seem to add Indy Speedway Endurance anymore. I’ve asked for it, so we will see.

Definitely. It is difficult even when fully upgraded. For me it’s now easy, but it took a bit of training to get there. I was even able to do it when I was still two engine upgrades short, a fully upgrading it. However, that is quite a lot harder.

FINALLY !!!!! Reached 212 mph a few times !!!! What a blast ME7. So the "sponsor" car I won......where do I find it ? Is it the same car that I raced ?

In former times you were able to the race 8.2 of "Classic American Muscle" perpetual. Then sometime EA changed the conditions and it was not longer possible to race perpetual.

I never knew about that one! I just gave it a shot and it certainly doesn’t work now. I had a perfect run, didn’t touch the brakes once and didn’t lift off the accelerator once.

Not sure if there’s anything profitable yet. I gave the Melbourne race a try and it was ridiculously difficult. I could barely get to the perpetual point. Tried a few times but that one just won’t be possible.

When you're racing at the speedway, try with steering assist high. That way you'll get more traction at the corners and your car won't lose it's grip.

What Avoy said! This track and Daytona speedway are the only places that I turn on steering assist, I put it on high. At the same time, lower your steering sensitivity by 2 or 3 notches. So I usually runs sensitivity 2, here I put steering assist on high and drop sensitivity to 0.

@@ME7_RR3 that's not too bad for 200 miles considering this wasnt even in a hypercar. It hit me after I wrote that comment that lap times at Indy are super short, more so since you're doing 200+, and figured it probably wasnt more than an hour or two.

Theoretically speaking, 1000+ miles would be possible. However, it’s really hard to survive that long in this race. Even just staying focussed that long is hard.😅 I’ll get into a nice groove, have an hour go by with very little happening. Suddenly collision happens that required a 0.25 second response and I am 1 second late for that.

For endurance races in general it’s because it’s a good place to earn currency and steady racing. For this particular race I guess there’s a few reasons; fast paced action, unpredictable, a challenge to keep going. There is no other race in the game that has this much traffic coming at you.

Based on the number of ads for FREE R$2,000 with respect to the number of Gold ads, I calculated 1 Gold = R$8,000. But then if you look at the customisations for R$, it was clear that 1 Gold = R$10,000. If they were to make an exchange for R$ and Gold for people with billions like ME7, I think 1 Gold = R$100,000 is fair because it still wouldn't make it easy for less advanced players to farm Gold this way, as it wouldn't be a very efficient return on time.

The solution must be one where FM will not lose any opportunity to make actual money from gold purchases. Watching ME7 adding to his billion starts to look ridiculous and it then becomes less about exchange rate and more about just finding an alternative. It could be anything really. FM could hold an annual competition where R$ purchases gives you entry to have a chance to win 1000 gold. All players can reset their R$ for entry and it will just cost FM 1000 gold for the winner. It's just a matter of thinking outside the box, doesnt have gold either, just a way of spending 1B R$

This is the only race in the entire game that will do it. You can get decent packs of cars in many endurance races but only this one will give you these monster packs. You have to drive quite fast for a while to make it happen. If you go full throttle off the start and keep it pinned you start getting traffic by about lap 6. Traffic can get very crazy as early as lap 10 if you keep driving fast enough.
