My dad's barber is friends with one of the miners. What a miracle that was! Just a powerful story with a great ending.

Insanely dangerous!! I remember this happening as I was driving across Ohio coming from Indiana! What a miracle all were saved! 🙏

I was in high school. I don't think we ever talked about it there but I recall it on TV.

Hope this industry is overhauled everywhere. Destructive & damaging activities constantly is unacceptable.

But yet many families in my hometown of eastern Ky survive solely on coal mining ands all we know….sorry but we gotta have it and if it’s ever gone you will understand….imagine how you’d feel if people told you we don’t need yer job…we fight tooth n nail for it…I miss the 80s when lot more work was around and less politicians in an office tellin us what we need or don’t….
