My God, I just went and listened to the newer version of Where Is The Love, and I have no idea what happened. If the original was a thoughtful, down to earth rumination on the systemic evils ailing society, this new version is a disingenuous, corporate hijacking of those ruminations into something much less, despite reusing many of the same lyrics. It's the same vibe as those viral mashups of celebrities singing Imagine into the void, except better produced.

Happy Endings was so bad that the song didn't even come up when I searched it, I got Mike Shinoda, Demi Lovato and Avril Lavigne songs plus a docuseries when I searched for it.

Sad to see that "Three Second Rule" by Lisa Gail Allred missed the list. It's an absolutely wonderful abomination, and, believe it or not, was a serious attempt.
