doing these 20ies (3x20) for 6 months now in the endphase 3. phase of one training (1. would be Main movement according to the stuff i've read in the juggernaut ebooks and podcasts etc, 2. would be some assistance movements with a lil bit higher reps than the main movement) and I've got stronger in all my lifts. My knee isnt swollen anymore after squats and I recover like shit. Juggernaut x Efferding is the perfect way for me. 655/450/705 my numbers so far. Ty very much to you 🤘🏻

Noel Cordero can u lift it? ijs
Just went and did my 20 reps for 5 sets....Holy crap. A little embarrassing how light I had to go but man does it burn and leaves you winded as soon as you unrack it. Thanks Stan! badass workout I'll be looking to improve on
the thought of doing multiple sets of 20 with squats is slightly terrifying
best channel ever
Love this video
I've always wanted to give it a try but just like you mentioned I have always wondered how would you dictate if the load actually trains your muscle endurance instead of your hypertrophy. Will definitely give it a try.
how many biceps does the Rhino have in 1 arm???
no wonder that son goku and vegeta are strong as fuck :o they r always training in the gravity chamber :O
Chad, are you going to post a DOMS report after this?

Can you ask Stan about front delts? Thanks
Mad interesting how Stan's view on extensions in relation to lower back pain. Reverse hypers & weighted oblique twists did wonders for my lower back/trunk (core). I can also imagine DB farmer's walks won't engage my core nearly as much as the handles you guys are using. I need to try those ASAP. Thanks for the video.

Dennis D thanks for your input! i found it mad interesting as well, how do you hit weighted obliques? exercise ball? i need to find a way to do the reverse hyper extensions you mentioned as my gym dont have that rack. cheers bro!

>Exercise Ball ranging from 10lbs to utmost 20lbs for sets of 10 to failure. Messed with the idea of using a plate but felt awkward (to each its own though) >Yeah bro the reverse hyper in addition to using the ab wheel/stretches/mobility/etc. >I actually had to go to several gyms to use their Reverse-Hyper as mine at the time did not have it as well. Cheers.
Stan looks so badass. Scary!
Chad I hope you read this, 1:14 for the 500 meter sprint on a Concept 2 is VERY impressive, you really are in with a shot of smashing that world record and I hope you do
doing these 20ies (3x20) for 6 months now in the endphase 3. phase of one training (1. would be Main movement according to the stuff i've read in the juggernaut ebooks and podcasts etc, 2. would be some assistance movements with a lil bit higher reps than the main movement) and I've got stronger in all my lifts. My knee isnt swollen anymore after squats and I recover like shit. Juggernaut x Efferding is the perfect way for me. 655/450/705 my numbers so far. Ty very much to you 🤘🏻

damn those are really impressive numbers you are creeping up on a 2,000 pound total.
Love doing high Rep training....feel the burn.
Okay, this is good and makes me okay when I do various squat EMOMs
Stan is unbelievable
As Michael "The Voice" Schiavello would say, Rhino has more muscles than a sea food platter.
It's great to see this because so many people say anything higher than 12 is pointless.
When is Chad going to hit depth.. Rhino's form is immaculate.. Especially at his age
I like how i recognized Kristen Pope in the background from the moment I saw her form
20 reps with with stan efferding style vs 20 reps with higher weight and longer rest intervals, thoughts?
great video.
Chad definitely took a 4 hour nap after this workout lol
Fuck Stan is jacked as hell!!! He puts other powerlifters TO SHAME in this department. Big props to Stan, he is one hell of a deadlifter, and he doesn't look like a jelly roll.
Stan's looking really good and healthy for being 50!
I'm so gonna do this. I'm constantly torn between wanting to be strong as fuck like a powerlifter and super conditioned like a crossfitter
when i was doing 20 rep squats i was unable to add any weight to the bar after even 3 months. i felt fitter for sure and was able shorten the rest periods but it was frustrating to be stuck at 90lb
I always wondered why strongmen are so much bigger then powerlifters when their diets are extremely similar. Never really thought about the handling of heavy weights for long periods of time being the factor but it totally makes sense. Looks like I'll be getting a hex bar for some farmers walks.
Stan: we're about to fuck him up Chad: you got me fucked up
Some strong women in the background.

Bumper plates,
Wether this guy takes “gear” or NOT . To me the overall dedication is awesome. I’m 30 and have been lifting my whole life no gear and honestly I know I’m not as strong as this guy but it’s ok. Nevertheless, never judge this man as we must comprehend everyone has a choice in life. You may like rap I like metal. You may wear pants I wear shorts. You may eat clean I eat whatever I want. The list goes on and on.... control your own life but, if you can take the message at heart here ,,,,, TRUST ME it’s a positive thing👍🏼👍🏼
can I use a hex bar for farmer carry if my gym does not have this equipment?
500 for 20, Jesus Christ.
