Hearing this was absolutely beautiful. I'm literally in tears right now. I too have met the love of my life through Pokémon. I've been watching your channel for a while now and I enjoy watching.

Guys did you know that you can catch Shadow Lugia in G/S/C? All you have to do in order to encounter that ultra powerful and rare being is catch all pokemon including Pikablu and Mew which can be found under a truck. Train them all to LV 100. Beat E4 50 times and Play the game for 999 Hours. Once that's all done go to Ruins of Alph and press A button 500 Times in front of every single statue that you find there. Next you have to go to the pokemon center and release all your pokemon except your starter. Once all your pokemon are released travel to Mt. Silver and Beat Red with just your starter. As soon as the battle ends Shadow Lugia will appear and force you to battle during which you will be able to catch it. Be aware though, catching Shadow Lugia might delete your save so do it at your own risk!

I'm surprised that Pokemon GO's release didn't make the list, as it would likely be on mine if I were to make one. Not only that, but I personally found the fight with Red in HGSS at the top of mount silver to be incredibly dramatic and impressive to me, as someone who had watched all the anime and recognized "Ash"'s pokemon from the original series. Perhaps the latter had the possibility of me not reading speech leading up to it to know who it was or that I was too young to understand, but that moment certainly stands out. As for Pokemon GO; it was very memorable for me as people who had never even heard of pokemon before (young and old) and of course the long-time veterans, anyone and everyone, got involved in playing and was just a really fun time to go around and being able to spot and chat with people who were also having the same experience.

This video was made quite a while ago, before GO was out.

I remember watching your SP videos over and over and over again. You really helped get me into understanding the meta at the time and I'm really grateful for it. LuxChomp is still my favourite deck of all time to play.

My first Pokemon game was LeafGreen, which I played a ROM of on a free android tablet back in 2014. I didn't finish the game, but I moved onto Sapphire, which I didn't finish either. My tablet broke, but soon enough, early this year, I got a 3DS. I played Alpha Sapphire and Y, as well as Black and Black2, and I'm still going through Platinum. This made me get completely hooked onto the series. Pokemon is my life, and, if it wasn't for these amazing games, I might not be here today. I got Sun on the day it came out, It was amazing, and only new memories are going to be earned for the next generations.

It's so amazing to see how greatly one franchise can change people's lives. I have had so many great memories tied to Pokémon, it seriously makes so many unique experiences while meeting some of the nicest people ever. I'm glad it has followed me my whole life.

One of my best Pokemon memories, finding your channel. Seriously, I've been watching since my freshman year of high school which was around when Generation 6 came out. Your videos really helped re ignite my interest in the series because I kind of skipped Gen 5. (Something I greatly regret) . It's because of these videos I got back into the series. I remember I only had a few friends and my brother who played pokemon. My first game was platinum, and a few of my friends had the other gen 4 games. My only multiplayer experiences were when I battled with a few of my friends that got me into pokemon one day before church started. (I beat em all. Giratina O was my MVP)I also remember trading with my brother a few times before I got uninterested with pokemon until gen 6... I just wish there were people I could talk to that still played these games lol. I was too stupid to do online stuff back then, so the only online I remember from platinum was getting a flygon in the GTS...

A lot of us may not be "kids" anymore, we're kids at HEART. We still love Pokemon much like back in the day. And for many, it was all one GRAND adventure... Generation after Generation, the good and the bad, the known and the... Unown (yeah, okay, that was terrible) I'm glad that Pokemon really HAS left a big impact on your life. And to anyone else who share some of his memories, I'm happy for YOU too! And to think that I would have a deep appreciation for some of my favorite Pokemon of all time. I never would of thought that I WOULD feel this way! (And I suppose people will make fun of me for that one) But... it's true. Even today, I'm always kind of picturing the Pokemon having their own separate adventures. Is that weird of me to think? Yeah, probably! But... I'd say the anime and even Pokemon Mystery Dungeon (the series) kinda had a bit of an influence on that! :] Happy Christmas Eve, everybody!

Man, It's amazing of how far this channel came out to be and Pokémon today... been watcing your videos EVEN before I had a account in KZread! it's been a ride!

I joined the Pokemon fanbase much more recently than most, starting with SoulSilver. Most of my best memories of the franchise are related to one particular Gen 6 Pokemon - Sylveon. Let me explain: - For starters, Eevee and its evolutions were my favorites well before X and Y because my dad, the person who got me into Pokemon in the first place, loves them too, and introduced me to them at a young age. - When Sylveon was first revealed to be the newest eeveelution, I FLIPPED OUT. The second I saw it, I KNEW I would have it on my team. I have never been so excited for a new Pokemon since, and probably will never be again. - After I got Pokemon X that Christmas, I immediately looked up where you could catch Eevees. I spent AT LEAST half an hour searching for a female. I finally found her and named her Navi. I evolved her ASAP, and she was a total powerhouse throughout the rest of the game. She carried me all the way through the Elite Four and helped me beat a Pokemon game for the first time ever. After that, I kept on using her until she was the first and only Pokemon I ever raised to level 100. Stupid me traded her for a shiny Uxie later, but her memory lives on in Stevie, an in-game trade Eevee I transferred over to Alpha Sapphire to evolve and use. Stevie is my current highest-leveled Pokemon at level eighty-something. - One of my greatest Alpha Sapphire memories is the time I got to talk to one of my Google+ friends via game chat. We both collect shinies, and she traded me a shiny Sylveon, my favorite shiny ever. I just really like how blue looks on it. Some time later, I received ANOTHER shiny Sylveon in the Wonder Trade. I traded off the first Shiny Sylveon, unfortunately, but I still have the Wonder Trade one. I will never, ever trade her for ANYTHING.

Merry Christmas! ⭐ I honestly haven't been into Pokemon for that long (since 2014), but Pokemon X was my first ever game, and it still is even though I went back to play the others. My fave Pokemon memories are release day for Pokemon Go, my first Shiny from Alpha Sapphire (a Feebas named Lola that later evolved into a Milotic!) playing with my favorite Pokemon, Anna the Sylveon, learning my way around the competitive side of the video games, getting my copy of Sun and Moon, and... eheh, clothes shopping for my avatar. I also have a fanmade manga called Pokemon Rainbow! It's a cross between action and shojo, and I would use my game avatars for the characters. Laura is from Rainbow XY, and Mitsuko is from the Sun and Moon sequel.

not really, I maybe young but I started with red version when I had my gba (not fire red, original) red but after that i stayed away from the main pokemon games until I saw the Pokemon diamond and pearl commercial. and after I beat they I found an old copy of silver version and enjoyed it way more than red but sadly my save got corrupted and after that my save would corrupt, and after that I ended up with heartgold

Darius Brown My first was red but my second was Pokemon Y & it felt great going back to my childhood. I played A lot of the spinoff games like Stadium 1& 2 but those were my first 2 main series games.

Probably one of the Gen IV games. But I honestly don't remember.

This was totally amazing. It's like you went through and told the story of my life. I cried. Lol. I was also introduced to Pokemon through the show. The Digglett episode was the first one I ever saw and I wanted Pokemon Blue so bad for my 8th birthday in 1999. Great video.

I remember watching King of The Nerds just to see you on it. 14 year old me was so angry when you had to leave, but in retrospect it was awesome seeing you there anyway!Hope you have a Merry Christmas!

I miss the old manga where most of the girls are sexualized and Pokemon actually died

You know,all the stories of peoples' experiences with the franchise may have been my favorite thing about this anniversary. I just never get tired of hearing how Pokémon has enriched someone's life,seeing how much this series has touched the lives of others just makes me happier and happier to be a fan of it. And with all of the children still being introduced to Pokémon today,the world will never be lacking in heartfelt stories like these.

Yo J-Wittz you were the one who got me into the Pokemon TCG from one of your random "Prof-it" episodes! I don't think I would have stuck with learning all the rules and the metagame if it weren't for your very entertaining delivery either, man I really need to go back and watch those. I am a bit disappointed that Gen 3 wasn't even in your Top 20 Pokemon moments as it is my favorite Gen pretty much by far with the Colosseum games to extend it, but I suppose as you stated Pokemon being the amazing titan that it was and is, is mostly due to the fanbase and connecting with other people as a result of it. Cheers man, thanks for adding another fantastic hobby to my life and providing countless hours of entertainment, and many more to come, even if it's just through rewatching your old Prof-it episodes!
