That’s really nice of you to say Silver, thank you for watching. I really appreciate it. I’m really glad I’ve inspired you to get creative😄👍🏻
Thank you, that was very helpful, and just using a sqewer stick to simplify the marks was very helpful, and I love your final mark-making combination ink drawing, thank you, MSG Leum
Added a skewer to my 'found' mark makers I am going to play with today. Thanks for sharing and being so encouraging.☮💞
What a lovely, lovely tutorial! Not just to do oneself but also educate & make one aware when viewing others’ esp masterworks. Thank you!
Mr Quigley ... I am and always have been a mark maker. When I majored in Textile Flat surface design ....I brought the marks and pattern into my paintings ( as I am nearing the end of a painting masters diploma in oils) however my tutor ( when I was interviewed to be with him on his course said to me) ....my only worry being with the course was that the course was so designed to teach theory and craft that he didn’t want my creativity ( which is me, I gained a distinction in my final degree exhibition for my textile designs ) to be knocked out of my work. I have really tried hard to be true to my mark making through my painting as I have progressed along the course I am still on. Watching you and especially knowing how to me marks are so important to my paintings ; I want to thank you once again for instilling ME once again to be the creative mark maker I am . I am at my final push now ... in the next part of 2021. I will be putting together an exhibition of my work’ which has at this moment in time started to incorporate ME again and is exciting ME to see how creative I can become . All the knowledge I have gained and now have as my tools for my hand and heart to bring together my finally with going forward to being a recognised style connected to ME, is exciting me lots. . I want to thank you and really feel you are an inspirational art tutor ... I wished in the many years I taught this subject that you had been a collègue ...your students are very lucky . KEEP IT UP I for one will be following you.

I love making marks with broken chopsticks and feathers. Very cool technique.
Just recently am ii aware ii didn't think about marks ii like/ love...ii just did them, but after some seasons of feeling uninspired, reviewing basics like this with fresh eyes & an open hand ratcheted up the entire process. Ty for being instrumental in this new season.
This is the best demonstration of mark making and the application of mark making that I’ve ever seen. Thank you.
Thanks for the video. Timestamp 12:22 Subject: "Call to Action" Comment: You made a tutorial and finished with a call to action being creative and offering solutions for immediate action. No procrastinating! Use coffee, use your own blood... just draw, draw now! OK, maybe not that extreme but a good ending. Thumbs up.
Fun and informative. So, where did you go? Know you had a baby…and hoping all is well. But do miss your tutorials. Found and lost you in 9ne weekend 🧐

Do you do your own editing? If not congrats to who does. I have tried to watch every video. So happy I found you! I’m a painter of over 30 yrs and love to learn and pass it on! Thanks
Nice to be reminded
I like watch artists using india ink but I'm to clumsy and old to feel safe using ink... I getting my inner ink need vicariously watching others produce art....😏😯🤓🖊🎨
