I think your jaw and cheeks look more defined. It gives an illusion that you've got a face lift. Don't know about bone structure but it did chang your facial muscles making your face more fuller and defined. Usually people get fillers to look like that ,so congrats girl

Nara Bakinka you need to try mewing 24 hours per day. This is NOT a joke. Five minutes will do absolutely nothing. Just start off with keeping your chin tucked away mouth closed and chew tough foods with both sides of your teeth when you eat. When you’re not chewing your tongue should rest on the roof of your mouth always. If you’re a snorer, tape your mouth when you sleep.

Hey Tina, in the Mewing update I notice that your posture looks better, shoulders are lower and less rounded, so your neck looks elegant. I really enjoy your videos - they are well-made and they have charm and humour, which is refreshing when I find that many youtubers are a bit loud and abrasive. Good luck with moving!

I saw your video a few years ago, and stumbled on it today, so I got curious to see if you had any results. About how schools operate in Toronto now: most classes could be done 100% online but a small percentage of in person classes are still offering. Since there were so many international students renting condos, now most of them are in their home country and do 100% remote learning (undergrads at least). Graduate students could still go to their labs but are encouraged to stay home if they don't have wet lab work to do. Good luck on your condo sell!

Tina Tomato I prefer online cuz I can’t normally make it to lectures 😂 We now have recordings, which could help when studying for tests... We still get access to labs so we didn’t miss out research opportunities

Did you do regular mewing or hard mewing?

I've only mewed for 4 weeks and my posture, face structure and everything except my teeth have improved, people are complementing me alot often saying I look more cute and stuff, mewing works. If you have trouble breathing relax the back of your tongue. Edit: I'm 20 so I guess younger people have better mewing results than her she's 27 I think.

The jaw stops developing at 16 for women. 18 for men. Anyone in their 20s won't see drastic changes. When they say younger people they refer to teens who go through puberty. Mewing can help them develop the jaw correctly.

in summary: cute -> cuter :) your face structure is definitely different, but you said that you are still in your 20s, so it's possible it's just due to natural growth and maturation process...but it could also be mewing, would need to look longer-term. ugh...imo, cats shouldn't be going outside. not only are pet cats the #1 predator of small birds and mammals (they kill literally billions every year), they can get deadly diseases, are subject to attack by not only other cats, but also dogs/coyotes/eagles/etc., as well as their most likely ending: *being run-over by cars.* cats are perfectly happy indoors (assuming they are spayed/neutered). nice, interesting update! peace

I agree with the cats killing birds part, which obviously is a bad thing, but cats being perfectly happy indoors depends on the cat. And if a cat is used to be outdoors, it will get depressed most likely. The cat of a friend of mine was a real asshole, until he let him outside. Until then he turned into the most chilled cat ever. Another cat I know nearly gets panic attacks just by looking out the window haha.

JOIN the adult non-surgical palate expansion group on facebook. mewing is not gonna cut it and you're gonna want to fix this BEFORE you devlop a sleep breathing disorder rather than AFTER
