19:00 In the french versions both Mr. House and Andrew Ryan are voiced by the same person wich makes it very neat

So I watched through this video halfway and accidentally fell asleep cuz it was a late night after work. I don't know if at some point I locked the phone or if it died but when I resumed the video the next day it immediately started on Veronica's screaming. I think I died for a minute.

Maybe if you're always buying verte, but blanche absinthe can be gotten pretty cheap. It doesn't have the signature green color, and is considered lower grade, but I actually prefer it, as the anise flavor is stronger and you don't get the grassy clorophyll flavor.

@Passing Rando it's a "do it right or don't do it at all" sort of thing.... No one buys Absinthe to drink it. People buy Absinthe as an ingredient to make Sazeracs, Necromancer, NoLa Old Fashions, Last Resorts etc etc. Most people don't mind paying the premium price, because you rarely use a lot of absinthe in a cocktail - sometimes it's just a spritz to coat the glass

I did the goodsprings XP glitch all day one day a long time ago and left goodsprings at level 50. Another fun fact is if you go back to Joe Cobbs body him and all of his gang members will all have the ammount of leather armor the shop keeper gave you. For example if you do the glitch until you're level 50 you'll end up with around 2000 leather armor. But if you go search Joe Cobb and all his friends you'll get 2000 leather armor each off of them. Just don't try to repair it with that many in your inventory or it will most likely crash your game.

I believe the hobo thing was recycled in skyrim with the thieves guild language markers. "Shadowmarks", I think they were called.

Here's a cool fun fact for you. Besides the fact that Andrew Ryan and Mister House have the same inspiration, Robert Hughes, their voice actors worked together on Star Trek Deep Space 9, Quark and Odo, respectively. Also, there's some other Star Trek actors on the game. Worf voices Marcus, the mutant, since Fallout 2, and if I'm not mistaken, Wesley voices the Protectrons. 13 years, hundreds of hours and many playthroughs later, I’m still finding out new things about FNV. This game is a masterpiece.

Gojira is the original Japanese name for Godzilla. I've read other sources stating that Gojira was made for the game as a creature that would spawn and attack the Courier when all the other "Legendary" creatures were killed. Not implemented, but would have been a great Godzilla easter egg.

Because of the stuck German tourists there when the bombs fell, I read somewhere. Also 'zookuh' is almost identitical to the Dutch 'zoeken', which means searching.

The Fist of Rawr/Fist of the North Rawr also is considered a quest item too so you can bring it with you to Dead Money and craft it in the DLC.

These aren't always unique. Math Wrath takes over the Science option when talking to Christine about how she can't read but can still do math with the exact same dialog.

After hearing those screams I'm glad the companions don't it would have made the fire ant nests so much worse

Cool thing to note about the Goodsprings loop is that if you don’t leave the town and continue the game before you max out your levels. When the game prompts you to decide whether or not you want to respec before going on, if you say yes the game will instantly put you back at level 1 while also giving you all the Xp needed to be level 50. This means you can pick all of your leveled perks again. Not only that, but any perks that you placed that are acceptable after level 2 remain on your character even after you respec. So you can have more perks than the game normally allows, including having two of the level 50 perks at the same time. Just be careful with your traits. If you choose the skilled trait when respecing you will only reset to around level 43 because of debuff to xp gain.

Grinding all the way to 50 takes hours though. I'll use it to get to 15, 20, maybe 30, but higher than that isn't worth it. You can take Skilled twice too for +10 to every skill.

The Veronica VA put her entire career into that scream.

There’s a third dialogue option for Sneering Imperialist, and it’s for the ending if you choose to side with Daniel, although it’s only really used to initiate combat with Salt Upon Wounds.

The Tire Tread sandals were popular during the 1960's I had a pair for 10 years and the treads never wore out .

There are many other locations to take Veronica to trigger her quest: the Followers' fort, Silver Rush, and McCarran are the easiest.
