    Hi David,, having done Praying Mantis for a while, it was good to try a more close distance style. I enjoyed the lesson on the different Wing Chun hand strikes which you kept interesting by striking at different heights and speeds.😃

    I have practiced Boxing for over ten years and I was surprisingly tired using the wing chun stance. I will definitely take up this as my next martial art to become great at. Great lesson sir I can believe I have never watched your video's

    These techniques are to give you the endurance. You have to listen to him This is teaching you proper technique. Why must people always have to look at people that are trying like this humble human being is to humiliate him by this negative comment. People like you that come into our paths in life teach us patience and the way to handle situations no matter what it is in the paths that are put in our lives.

    Mr C no it’s not for endurance. Wing Chun is useless. It’s been proven. There’s plenty of videos out there of so called “wing Chun masters” getting there ass handed to them. Wing chun is trash.
