MOST FREQUENT COMMENTS:
1) That bell at the end scared me!
It definitely shouldn't be loud. ?? Keep your volume LOW -- 20-40% max.
2) "I can't hear anything!"
Headphones are REQUIRED!
3) "Sounds weird."
DISABLE any filters on your device (Atmos, DTS, surround enhancers, bass boost, etc) as they will interfere with proper audio playback.
4) "Can I save this to my phone?"

Amazing, I feel so mentally relaxed and alert and pumped to go. I have trouble sleeping due to chemo induced pain and I suffer extreme cancer fatigue. I use this power nap music at least twice a day, doesn’t matter what time it is, I’m asleep fast and wake up so refreshed and energised. This has really helped me. I am so grateful for your gift. My mom is on her 5th round of aggressive chemo and they said Claritin for bones but they give her tramadol for any other kind of pain…it’s highly addictive and she’s had history with those type of pain pills. Trying to see what others do for pain. Sending good vibes ✨✨your way…kick that C’s a$$ and a wishing you a full & speedy recovery ❤️‍🩹

Love it! This is one of the best nap audios that I have used for a 20-minute power nap! I’ve tried many different ones on KZread, but this one really worked! With some others that I’ve tried, I just couldn’t relax, but with this one, there was something about the sounds that made me start to feel relaxed right away, and I even drifted off into a mini-dream for a few minutes! Even though I was really fatigued before the nap, when I woke up from this, I actually felt refreshed & rested! I also like the bell sound at the end, and the way you direct is to take a deep breath & stretch - that helped me wake up! I also really like the fact that you offer different nap lengths, because sometimes I have time for a longer one, but other times, I only have time for a 10-minute mini-nap. Today, this 20-minute nap really did it’s job of refreshing my energy, when I had been feeling fatigued.

20 minutes that actually felt waaaay longer. It is rare that I can actually take a power nap and wake up feeling refreshed. I usually sleep for 20 minutes, wake up exhausted and then sleeping again for like almost 2 hrs 🤣 First time I tried this, it worked. I'll keep coming back whenever I need a power nap.

I find binaural beats really effective at night. For me, the naps generally don’t work if I’ve had caffeine at all due bing the morning. However the longer it is, the more time I have to maybe get a little rest. The sounds at least make me feel like some kind of mental shut off and reset has happened. So I do generally feel better after having listened. And definitely appreciate Jody’s encouraging voice/words at the end. The way you wake up, even from a not-sleep sleep, is super important. So thank you for these.

Today clearly felt the neck and back decontracting and my head and eyes felt lighter. Now its time to keep going! No sleepy eyes or migraine! thank you. My brain truly appreciate it.

This works beautifully for me! I’ve used this many times to get a power nap in. Usually I have a hard time falling asleep. This helps me get there in the small amount of time I have. I don’t even use head phones. It also rouses me from sleep gently at the right time without needing an alarm. I can feel myself coming back to awareness a few minutes before the video ends, so that when it’s over I feel ready to wake up. This sound track is great! Thank you!

Does anyone else have something similar? I mean, it's happened both times I've used this, and I'm still trying to figure out whether or not I fell asleep.

I would say yes, I used to sleep(without binaural beats) during my 15 minute breaks(if I got them) when I worked at Lowes, they were downright necessary considering I was a loader and doing as much physical work as I was. Anyway, I never truly slept, and I felt groggy for a minute or two after, but it was a lifesaver when I got the chance to do it. 30 minutes nap during lunch(after eating) was even better, anything more than 30 didn't help much though.

@@sanoopsaji7680 It’s a little weird at first, but there’s no other way to listen to binaural beats (and get the benefits)…if it’s something else, you could probably go without the headphones. For actual sleep, I could get away with not listening to anything since I have white noise. But it’s a requirement for a Power Nap, I can’t get into the sleep stage needed quickly enough on my own. ~~I typed out the whole thing below because I thought you asked if it doesn’t bother to sleep with headphones~~so I’m keeping it so it won’t go to waste 😂 Also, I have AirPods so it doesn’t bother me, my daughter uses either the regular wired Apple earphones or some headphones…when we nap, we’re usually on the couch laying back or a little to the side. If I’m fully on 1 side, the AirPod presses into my ear and it hurts. But from what I’ve seen if someone uses headphones or earphones all the time, they usually don’t have an issue. Anyways - hope this helps. Happy power napping!!

Wow. I use binaural beats every day as part of a polyphasic sleep regiment. This is one of the best I’ve used for power naps. I use binaurals anywhere from 1-3 times per day. Tough to find one that takes you deep enough to feel you got a strong enough nap session in 20min, but just as hard to find one that doesn’t take you too deep too fast, leaving your body CRAVING deep sleep when you wake up (your previous “theta deep sleep power nap” has done that to me). Might be my new favorite power nap, as it brought me deep enough in a short time span, but kept me in a light enough state to snap out as soon as I heard the chime. The voice at the end also added a nice comforting come up, as it happened to tell me to stretch right as I was starting to reach over my head

Hi Josh, thanks for sharing. I've considered polyphasic sleep for the past 10 years, but mostly due to work it was difficult to sleep during the day on a schedule, the other worry I had was that I would struggle to fall asleep and the sleep past my nap time. This binaural seems to be a solution to my nap problem.

Mr. Wright i had the same reaction. I work 7 days a week and long hrs at that (illegal here in aus but i just do free work on my days off). So my body gets exhausted daily. When i did this i felt like i wasnt sleeping but my brain definitely rested. So when the bell went my brain was ready to go but not my body. Soo my theory is that its to rest your brain not your body so much. All though in some cases just having your body lay down for a bit can relax and rest it
