Thank you davidji 💕 just what I needed during a rare and much-needed break when both my little girls (2 months and almost 4 years) are finally napping at the same time! I wasn't fully able to switch off my monkey mama brain (always on red alert listening for crying) but even closing my eyes for 20 minutes and listening to your wonderful voice and the beautiful background music helped calm me. Thank you for all you do for us spiritual warriors! 🙏🏼💞

I enjoy how you actually GUIDE the meditation. A lot of people do guided meditations but it just feels like they are talking to you. This felt more of a guide through the mantras and my inner peace. Thank you!

My intention was to totally relax my mind after work so I could have energy to focus on my university assignment. Absolutely phenomenal meditation to relax me, but the bell scared me so bad that I physically jumped 😂😂😂 I recommend keeping your volume not too loud if you're listening through headphones lmao

Im always so physically tired. Its like a block that stops me from achieving anything and moving my life forward. I have this plan but cant execute it. I cant even bring myself to sit and do this meditation. I just want to procrastinate and sleep. Cant hold down a job either

the phrase is "comfort is queen." I say this because if you are comfortable in your meditation practice, you are more likely to return to the practice... eventually cultivating a daily, or even twice daily, meditation practice.
