For that lamp - it looks off because the lampshade and base are too narrow in relation to the center column. Also, having lived through the 70s, I can attest to the fact that not everything was weird swirly colors. 70s lamps had wood columns, you know, to match the wood paneling on the walls. 😂

The "something not quite right with this lamp" is that the lamp shade and the base of the lamp are out of proportion to the lamp itself. It needs a thinner bead at the top where the lampshade meets the lamp, and the foot/base of the lamp should be wider to prevent tipping. Jmo. Your work is amazing, though, and truly creative af!

I think the floor lamp would look better with a larger lamp shade. Maybe use this lamp shade for a table lamp instead? It’s very cute so it would be a shame to not use it.

POD Cast Design to attract my attention TOO BUSY , The letter should be bold and one color, That would help. The boarder Busy. Thought the idea was for CHEAP FUN Crafting for Children at first. WHAT YOU DO IS AN ART. THE TIME YOU PUT INTO each ITEM deservers a better, Message to grab peoples BORARD MINDS> to want to look at something EXCITING , than another spilled colors of paint on a canvas. Redesign your POD CAST to let others take NOTE of your VALUABLE TALLENT., that you share, for all those who may want to give it a try.

@@queencityminis Darken you lettering, This type of work is beyond BARBIE DOLL HOUSE. I seen it on BOOK SHELVES in some Pod Casts. Get BOYS INTERSTED. to do A miniature train or Fishing Cabin, Right in the BOYS interest, sometimes more than GIRLS. BOYS love to work with tiny things, girls, and young ladies, are still into NAIL Painting, I enjoy THE Miniature Art. HIGH QUALITY CRAFT. Should be added to Car Shows, and TRAIN Shows, or included in HOME SHOWS. Places that cost money.. You have a great interest going, MONEY, much is not costly. I still have all my miniatures in boxes, for past 25 years. MY son is great at it. but the interest is not a money sell. Which is ok for now. BUT in time it will be, if maybe used in advertisement ,in a stop go film (time consuming)but seen the out come. Yes short lived due to time to create a mini film., which might be an interest for boys, or some girls.

READ THROUGH ! YES , I too though her effort WAS FANTASTIC, BEFORE, I would just BY PASS, THINKING it was for GIRLS to Dress up their BARBIE HOUSE, MANY WILL BE MISSING OUT HOW GREAT SHE IS. .I believe SHE HAS SOMETHING to BRING BACK form the 60-70's. AND YES it is something of VALUE but may be missed by OTHERS, thinking the same as I did. .. SHE CARES , enough to show the length of detail to NOTICE things that can be TRANSFORMED WITHOUT , making MASS produced people in CHINA stuck in tiny cramped places to make mass produced TOXIC PLASTIC Items. Besides I am 76 with PLENTY that I would have sent to HER FREE. instead of TOSSING AWAY FUNITURE, Room Display Boxes , Furniture,. NOW I will have to either toss, or find another pod caster in the future.. @@sushilampa8287
