If you don't want to spend the time finding blue ice, it can be crafted from 9 Packed Ice. And, Packed Ice can be crafted from 9 regular Ice. Still time consuming, but guaranteed to get it.

Note for using a riptide trident in water: make sure to not have depth strider equipped as this creates a lot of drag For the dolphins grace + depth strider method, you can put the dolphin on a lead so it can keep giving you the effect

I never tried riptide in water, i always just make it rain while flying...so fast the game cant keep up. Can only use it twice before i gotta wait, cuz at 3x use, the game slams me against an invisible wall. I wondered if it was just me but it did it to Eye in this video!

I think he's meaning he's calling it blocks per second, but if you the viewer are outside the US you can use meters and kilometers if you prefer

For a bit of a giggle, this is the equation used to work out how fast in KMH you are going, given that you have how far you move in a second. 8(m/s) x 60(secs) x 60(minutes) = 28800 divided by 1000 = 28.8 kmh. So your mine cart does 28.8 kmh (17.77 MPH) and your boat on blue ice.... 72.3 x 60 x 60 = 260280 / 1000 = 260.28 kmh (160.66 mph)

or just multiply the number by 3,6 and get the km/h value. So 8 times 3,6 equals 28,8

Having the maxed out depth strider boots along with a riptide trident when you're swimming on soul sand around dolphins is wildly uncontrollable and insane lol, I had never tried any of these other ones after that.

@@gamersreactions9267 Honestly I almost never use riptide, I was mainly referring to depth strider in addition to dolphin’s grace, those two alone can make swimming crazy.

I love soul speed. I actually use it as for a portal network from my home to this woodland mansion I conquered. It does take a while but it gets me there pretty quickly. Although i had to barrier it with nether brick fences cuz you don't want to fall off accidentally

I have never used a riptide elytra. Its so cool

dolphins without enchantments are still faster than boating. speedrunners also break their boat and swim with a dolphin for that reason

stasis teleporters are great. Hookup a chunk loader and a time (can be a hopper clock or a daylight counter) and you can teleport back to your base from any distance at a specific time. Enderpearl cannons in the nether would be crazy too but a lot of work to clear out the area

A way to remember the difference between Horizontal and Vertical. Think about the first letter of each word capitalized. H has a line in the middle going horizontally. V has lines heading in up and down directions (even if not exactly Vertical by definition, its Vertical for this example).

I heard blue ice is even faster. I used to initially build a boat on ice path for the nether Portal network but it was so time consuming to get it from icebergs that I just gave up and then they added soul speed and everything was much easier.

A boat makes a FANTASTIC sled. It also works like a parachute as in if you fall down a crack thats 100 blocks deep you wont die!
