I have a very similar taste to yours when it comes to dark figures, my favourite was definitely Death from Fairyland Elves(?), but i loved seeing every figure you opened. Some series I haven't seen before! But my favorites are probably still the Emma and Sleep Fairies 😁 I don't always collect this vibe, but I like to look at them. More interesting than the cute figures, which dominate the blind box market.

Wow, I'd love to see a full case from that last box you opened (Strange Tales by Liaozhai?). It's so unique! I'm also surprised you didn't get a full case of the Sleep Fairyland Elves. That series seems very you!

Me too! I actually have no idea how to get Strange Tales, I picked up this one totally random on its own! I will definitely buy more if I see them anywhere. As for Fairyland, I wish I could grap a full case, it's so pretty. I bought these from another collector so I don't even have all my favourites yet. So maybe more in future! 😆

I love the Lucky Emma blind boxes so much! I just found them while on vacation. No where in my hometown do they sell them. I just need the 2 hidden figures , the plate and the blue bunny (the one you pulled) for the Poetry series.

So adorable :) I liked several of them and especially the one which looks more to me like a Frankenstein bunny than a zombie :) I enjoyed this and found some new brands that I have never heard of before :)

Not that I speak the language, but I feel like it's a bad translation for the box art and card, because the site I bought mine from had it listed as Solitude and I was surprised too when I got the box in real life and that wasn't the actual name of the figure, which also happened to be the one I pulled T.T

I'm definitely going to order this for Christmas (sorry if anything is wrong, I'm Portuguese)

Hi Luna I love watching your videos, especially while crocheting. Sometimes though the audio is way too low (I don't use headphones or a headset) so it's really hard to hear your videos especially when it's raining. I love your content though so please dont stop

I love long videos 🩷 My favourite is the Stunning beauty of Emma (gothic lolita one). The Chomi one is also very cute ^^ As for religious symbols I don't like at all. Not on figures or clothes or anything x)

That's understandable, I know the Skullpanda Ancient Castle series had a Jewish symbol on it and that was quiet weird cos of the context of the the series. Religious iconography is a common trope in horror games as well. I'm curious the intent it was used or if the designer was just like "that's cool looking" or "that's edgy" 🤔

@@ElowynLuna I think at least sometimes it's because "it looks cool/edgy" but could probably be other reasons too that maybe only the artists know ^^ Oh well, it's not as there isn't figures without it so I have no problems with it. And even the figures with it I don't hate, I just won't buy myself 😊

True! The intent of an artist often isn't know unless they talk about at length. I've definitely unboxed a few things I wouldn't feel comfortable with in my house! And series I wouldn't buy from. 🙂

My favorite is Suvii Vaccine and my favorite of the series ist "Lust" as well XD I got two blindboxes from Kikagoods a while back with "Vanity" and "Pretender" which I like second best. I display mine with their pill capsules (I really love those. Are you dispkaying them, too?) and decided to not get another figure of this series, but I will eventually repaint Vanity so that her skin and eyes/lips look like Lusts do with the black ombre and everything (because I think they look kind of simular and I prefer Vanitys chains, gunmetal looking bodysuit and the globby monster). The quality of Vanity was relatively good, but Pretenders quality disappointed me greatly. It has a paint smudge on her foot, the strings on the mask have colour bleeding, she sits very wonky (there is no way to get her on the peg while both legs are touching the base), the text on the police tape on her back side is very weirdly spaced (words have gaps in the middle and some letters are wonky) but the worst is that her head is extremely tilted foreward / downward, so the look with the separate face is basically lost. I thought about contacting Kikagoods about it, but as I researched I found many had the same issues with that figure so it probably wouldn't have been better if I got her replaced so I let it be. I think the brightly coloured ones didn't fit the sark academia or goth theme, but over all you did a good job with this. I like it 😊

I ended up giving my Pretender to a friend so I can't remember the quality of it - I don't think it had as many problems as yours. Someone on Instagram got the whole set and they had a lot of quality issues so I think the brand is really inconsistent with their quality which isn't great. Their Lust was really messsd up so I was happy mine came pretty okay (the head keeps falling off though). I llove your idea for Vanity, I think the repainting would look so cool! Vanity I think is my 2nd fav if the series. The theme videos are so fun, it's hard to translate all the time to blind boxes but I enjoy the challenge 😆

@@ElowynLuna As far as I can remember yours fit on the base well and the direction of the face/head was correct, but your Pretender had the same issues with the spacing of the words on the back. Yeah, I will think twice before buying from that manufactorer again - which is a shame, because the concept designs are so great. Did you try glueing the head of Lust on (taking it off, filling it with a little glue and putting it back on)? Thank you :)

Yes, I just glued it cos it's was a bit wobbly when I popped it back on. Not a hard fix but I did decide its be my last figure from the series.
