same! i used to think ASMR was creepy, but that was because i get freaked out out with mouth sounds (like eating or licking. i love ASMR now and sleeping without it is so hard for me!

Something I love about this ASMR is the music in the background. There’s a kind of mesmerization that certain asmr makes, like environmentally turns off my brain, and sometimes other videos do that, and like an ad will break in and it’s really jarring, or even the trigger will change and the aura is broken just from that. But the music I’m the background keeps it going, so even when you whisper or change what you’re doing, it’s consistent and doesn’t break the trans. Idk if what I said made any sense lol. But anyways it melts out easier to fall asleep really fast, thanks for the method you use lol
