I bought one, a month ago. Highly portable and ideal for in-flight entertainment. I love it! I got mine for $79, then got a $20 Amazon gift card offer, to write a review. I also bought the $20 case. I bought the $15 adaptor to hook up to full-screen HDMI and I can also connect hard drives, USB hubs, etc. I have a BT mouse and keyboard. I keep mine in a cloth bag, for protection.

Hello, please could you let me know if when you are viewing a youtube video full screen on this tablet and then you press the square that appears on the bottom right corner of the screen does the video your watching change into a vertical veiw? This is what happens with the Samsung A9 and my 8.4" Huawei tablet which is compleatly mad.

thanks for the info... trying to find the $15 type C hdmi out adapter but no joy.. How is the quality when watching on a big screen ? :) Thanks in advance...

I've been using this for close to a month now. It came with some annoyances such as no fingerprint scanner and no light sensor for automatic display brightness, but it was very cheap I can't complain much. I use it primarily as a comic reader so yeah really nice to be able to hold it with one hand while reading.

Great video. I love mine but Netflix, unlike other streaming channels, is in SD due to L3 status. The company is upfront with this and does not advertise that Netflix is in HD.

The mini version (4GB actual ram and the one reviewed here) has L1 widevine certification so it supports HD in Netflix but the mini pro version (8GB actual ram) is only L3 for some weird reason

How is the sound volume ? I enjoy the Samsung A7 lite because it has the loudest sound Ive found on a tablet. Wondered how this compared ? I use it for videos and movies.

I have the iplay 50 mini pro. It's good but I decided to get an iPad mini. It's my first apple purchase since my iPod in 2007. 😂 HD streaming doesn't work on the iplay 50 mini pro and there's no pen support. Other than that, it's great.

@DXJG yea but 4G of ram on the iPad mini is way more power than the faux 8gb that other tablets say that have. The benchmarks don't lie.

Seriously looking to buy this one, but I'm really curious on how does it stack up with the new Tab A9? I know the A9 has lower screen resolution, but anything else? Hmm

Thank you, yes I have expanded mine with the 64GB MEM CARD but I think you can use up 1 TB. it lets you use as external or portable so they give you both options

I just got mine and it only uses SD card as portable storage and unable to install or even move apps to it.

It does NOT support Netflix at 1080p, it clearly states 720p only for Netflix on the ad listing. "(We apologize that Windvine L1 does not support Netflix, thank you for your understanding)"

Does the USB-C connect peripherals?

Swipe up and hold to get to recent apps screen then long press the app icon at the top and look for the word split top, then click the word split top to enter split screen mode
