Ui can be a get from Kamehame or spirt bomb, it has 0.5% chance if you already got in actually normal server you're just need a meditate to tranformers ui

a little thing i know is that it doesnt matter what level you are or how much pureness you have (unless its negative probably) you should be able to get ui at any level

you have to be quick tho it is slow at start and as soon as u get close then it will go faster

to get ui sign 1 cutscene you need to be knocked out by someone and wait for a few minutes and dont move and wait to see what happens also there is 3 ui cutscenes now

It was hard back then because it used to be 1/250 chance to get it but then they increased to 1/75
