2 Tons Per Day Liquid Oxygen and Nitrogen Cryogenic Modular Plant
Welcome to our video introduction of the 2 Ton Per Day Liquid Oxygen and Nitrogen Modular Plant. The system is available in either a 2 or 5 ton per day unit. The plant is designed for either commercial or military applications where Oxygen or Nitrogen plants are not required to relocate on a regular basis. PCI has a 1.5 Tons per day GAMMA Plant that is Transportable. PCI is the leading manufacturer of integrated commercial & ruggedized on-site Cryogenics and (Gaseous) oxygen and nitrogen generators for a variety of markets; including the Military and Commercial marketplace supporting Aviation, Medical & Welding applications.
Most of our innovative oxygen and nitrogen systems are self-contained, deployable and specifically designed with the operator and applications in mind, such as ease of use, efficiency, simple to install and reliability of operation. These systems eliminate the expensive and time consuming logistics associated with liquid nitrogen conversion systems or high-pressure gaseous cylinders. Our products enable customers to produce nitrogen at the point-of-use.
Our Applications include, Aviation Breathing Oxygen (ABO), In-Flight (and Ground Based) Medical Oxygen, Storage & Delivery Systems, Nitrogen for Landing Gear and Struts, Wheel & Brake Repair Stations, Nitrogen for use on the Flight Line, Inerting of Aircraft Fuel Tanks, cleaning of Optical Systems and testing and Purging of Emergency Power Units. Cute . . . Small but looks user friendly . . . Weather protection might also be a factor ! ! ! I was at a nitrogen plant once (Kent WA) where they used product to pressurize the electrical system . . . Kept it absolutely free of corrosion . . . and doubled as a safety shutdown if the purge pressure was compromised . . .

Hugh, we recommend that this unit is operated inside or under cover if used outside. Our Aerospace & Defense customers need small. We are not in competition with the major suppliers of LIN-LOX.
