+Tom H in this video we are demonstrating our 2-step fleet washing process here at Hydro-Chem Systems Inc. We always teach to apply the 1st step presoak and the 2nd step detergent from bottom to top in an over-lapping motion. This produces a consistent clean while not leaving "clean streaks" from the soaps running down. In most cases we teach that you can rinse the soap from top to bottom.
