David, I came to KZread with a search "shooting nock on 2smooth" to research the issue of c-clips falling off after 15 shots and found out I am not the only one. Same goes for you, you're not the only one. Love the release but c-clip design leaves much more to be desired for the money. Next time I see John, I'll ask him to rethink this. I love your content and see you found more sear releases to tinker with. Keep it up man and Go Blue🤣🤣🤣.

Hey mate, i have the 2 smooth and like the motion and the setup options. I took a dremmell to the edge of the body where the outside finger rests and to the inside part of the ring to make it bigger and smoother on the corner. Also took the edge off the hook as it too destroyed d loops quicker than normal. You should do it! I wanted it exactly the same shape as my silverback. Thanks for the detailed review and exactly how practical the release is for you in all those real life scenarios. Appreciate you making the video mate!!

I like the click. But I set it where when I draw back it clicks right when I get into anchor then I have not far but farther than normal for what a single moon with a click has for finishing off my shot process

I'm the opposite. I don't like there to be any indication of when the shot is going to go off. If I have that indicator, I'll start to anticipate. I learned a lot about that from Joel Turner.

Great video! Any chance you would sell one of those modified pins you made? I shoot this release and my little c clip flew off the other day. Luckily I was on cement and found it but now I don’t really trust it 😂 so seriously let me know if you’d sell one. That’s a great fix!
