She makes 7 bits for number and for sign bit takes 1 so total 8bit

mam why we can't take 2 and 8 separate binary value. example : 2=0010, 8=1000 like this.

Padding of two zeros causes 7 bits but one bit is leaved for sign and this sign is assigned in last finally we got 8 bits.
