Last year me and my husband met with an accident, fell down from bike, I had injury. My left leg got muscle tear and meniscus tear. From then onwards unable to sqaut down, can I do this exercise. Now much better but can't stand for a long time or sit for a long time. Every 5/10 minutes I have to walk or do house work. Suggest me wat to do maa
