Hi.. can we use amla hair oil instead of coconut as i stay in UK ... climate is always chill. Cannot use coconut oil as it wud b in solid state

I have used both of these seeds. I see a LOT of short new hairs on the top of my head now. Seeing as hair grows 1/2 to 1 inch per month, it will take a long while for it to grow long. It is healthy, shiny and does not fall out anymore.

I usually use 1tsp fenugreek soaked in 1 cup water overnight and I spray in my hair almost daily for about a week. I might try this with grape seed or another oil. My hair HATES coconut oil. This was nice to watch.

Maybe it hates the virgin coconut oil. Why don't you try out fractionated coconut oil 😌. It might work because it doesn't have as much protein as the virgin coconut oil.

Stop the sulfates, and if you're using very hydrating conditioner, don't forget to clarify every 3-4 weeks, use a scalp massager to wash your shampoo and maybe even use a pure Aloe vera mask directly on the acne.. Hope you find anything to help you.. Take care

Do you have to wash out the spray or oil?

This regimen worked for my hair thickening journey: 1. Stinging Nettle Leaf Tea 2x a day to detox your liver from hormone residue 2. Taoist Soap Bar for Hair and Scalp/Skin - stops inflammation, stimulates hair growth, stops further falling out 3. Head Massage with hands/fingers for 15-20 minutes everyday (i just put on a Netflix show and do it to kill time). 4. Collagen Peptides Powder (or just sometimes called collagen powder) - taken at least 2 times a day. This alone gave me more results then I have with any single method.

I have very curly hair and I recommend adding yogurt, bananas, or aloe with coconut milk to the mask/paste. It makes it apply better.
