I use to do this all the time when I made wigs or do quick weaves some years back. I could never get into the closures. I just believe in my hair breathing somewhere at all times. The internet is spreading all the awesome hacks now. Love it.

How did you take it down without damaging the unit?

I bought my first U part wig and this just saved me a lot of headaches frustration and pouting!!! LOL

If I would have seen this video before I did my big chop last month I probably would not have did a big chop! 😩😂😂😂 This style literally looks like a sew in!! And looks super easy! Can’t wait to try this some day!

Perhaps undo the braid/flat twist? Then the wig hair should slide out without any additional effort....That"s what I would do.

Thanks for sharing. This was really informative for me since I have one that I having trouble with. My hair is too curly and I don’t really wear straight hair. My leave out was a mess 😂😂but I don’t go anywhere. Just wanted to wear my v part wig. Now I’m going to try the crochet look and cutting pieces of hair ❤❤❤❤🫶🏾

I wish someone would show how to keep the unit anchored on the sides and the back. So many videos, but no real info on how to actually SECURE the v-part wigs to ones head.

It’s super easy I recently did this. You just lift up the part you crocheted and pull it out. Hope that made sense lol.

It's easy to install and undo the crichet part when the hair is new and fresh - but when it gets old and starts to matt , it can be a problem - in my experience. 🙂

Just mist it with water 💦 and give it a brush with a tangle teaser kind of brush. Wig hair slides right out of the braid! 🎉😊

Is this 100% human hair

I purchased this wig. I haven't tried it yet however I'm not satisfied with the length. It's not the same length all around. It's much shorter around the front and sides. Also the density doesn't appear to be what's stated. It's totally not as full as it looks in this video. I'm very disappointed 😞

I just looked on their website and it says patent pending. Anywaysss thanks for putting me on to the original. Those wigs look amazing! I know what I’m saving up for now 😬 update: parent approved and I almost got the money saved up!

Well, if you do not look like Sarah Jakes Roberts.

Their website is garbage. I tried to apply a promo code but it applies it to a 'gift card' and so subtracts ZERO. You can't even remove it from the cart. Waste of time. I wanted to spend my money but they don't want it apparently. Oh well, I just saved $200 that I can spend elsewhere.
