With all due respect, one shouldn’t use the word “proven” without the dyno numbers you hint to eventually obtaining. I’ve searched but cannot find any newer videos with such info. No shade intended but many mods actually move the power curve so that it feels much quicker in the used range when in reality the over all bhp or even performance times are unchanged. Sometimes they are actually worse. Would love more info!

Hello Bmw and Porsche doctor, I have a question about the Ipd plenium. If I understand you correctly, the Ipd plenium does not work as well without changing the catalyst to a 200cell catalyst. Once the Ipd plenium, trottle body and the 200cell cat are installed do you still need to reprogram the ecu or is this not necessary? Greetings from Belgium 🙋‍♂️ Attila

To gain the most out of it you need a high flow exhaust, and a map can be done to change the power range. Most of the time the ECU will adapt itself but some people will see engine warning lights for a bit

Nice to See Porsche work to be honest I find them More reliable than Bmw ..I do What I can on my cayman s. Changed a few things on mine , I have used Porsche specialists and yup there expensive. I find it harder to work on my bmw ..

Change your air/oil separator easy and semi cheap fix. Make sure to clean ur valves after the install

Yeah I deffinetely do indeed regarding the boxster s I just been keeping that out my shop while I been doing this 997 as I didn’t want it dusty 😅 but yeah we have a lot to do on that still I love that car that’s my daily. I have been doing videos with Nathan’s porsche workshop he’s been coming over here and we been doing videos if you want to watch them aswell. The 2005 I think are the best value boxster s as they come fully loaded with sport seats , chrono pack , full Bose system where as the 2006 and up they took all that away I think the 2004-2005 boxster s were demonstration models that’s why they have the lot in them. I wouldn’t hesistate to buy one with all that.

@@BMWDoctor I will certainly check out those videos I did not know about them. That’s great to hear I’m looking to buy one as my daily to. I live in a city and need a smaller car but I’m also very close to some great back road driving. I also heard don’t know if it’s true but the 05 model is apparently more reliable then any previous model Boxster. What do you think about that. Definitely going to get one just waiting for the perfect one! And again truly appreciate you! Keep up the great work.
