I have bought it twice now. It's not great because the cover near the speaker grills will start to change shape due to heat. Its very annoying and will appear after 3 months. Its a manufacturing defect. I still love it though but Logitech needs to fix that because its happening in every combo touch I have seen.

Found the combo touch surprisingly unusable for most situations where you would want to use a laptop due to the amount of space it takes up.

The only bad thing about this is that over time when you have the keyboard the case surrounding the speakers begins to cave out and stick out like bumps but it’s only noticeable if you know how the keyboard is meant to look like so for someone if they just saw it but never seen the keyboard before it would look normal. I did hear that you can get a brand new one sent from Logitech when this happens and I assume you’ll Ofcourse need proof of your purchase beforehand :)

Mine popped after around 4 months. I taped it. It popped again at the other speaker positions in the next 3 months. 1 year after I purchased it, it popped near the keyboard connector. I guess it happed because I separated the keyboard lots of times and the magnet pulled it out. 5 months later, the keyboard connection seems unstable. I am sure it because the cable since when I touch or poke it, the keyboard kinda work. Well, in total for around 1 year and a half, this keyboard case served me well. It’s half-price cheaper than the Apple iPad Magic Keyboard(which the edge will worn after a year). I expected it to be lasted longer, but again it served me well. Now I have switched to 2nd hand Apple Magic Keyboard(2 Gen) and Apple Magic Mouse. Hope it will last long.

Mini has no smart connectors so they would have to make it bluetooth

Is that combo touch a lot slimmer than the old version from around 2018/2019 that didn’t have a trackpad? Back then I returned mine for the Smart Folio keyboard. But I kind of want something with a kickstand and detachable keyboard instead of the Magic Keyboard on my next iPad

had this case for about an year before it gave up on itself. The corners started to lift and my Ipad would slip out of the case. The three pins that are stopped working after about 1 1/2 years and i was never able to type again.

The combo touch broke on me straight after the warranty expired

So that’s why every time I got water on my bed I would put the keyboard and it would dry🫢

the usb hub without a usb c in is unusable the ipad is drained in an hour if you dont charge it while you use the hub

@@NomadFlair if you use a hub without USB C so you can charge the ipad while it is connected the ssd will drain the ipad super fast . So you always need a hub with a charging port

The Combo Touch keyboard’s case isn’t good. Too thick and not very durable. My case’s silicone edges started to separate from the plastic back only after one year in use. The keyboard is very good though.

I’d rather use the new Magic Keyboard

Too bad the keyboard doesn’t last long at all. Multiple users have lots of problem with the keyboard not functioning after a while. What a shame. Otherwise, all around case protection to the iPad is perfect.
