2 Months Planche Progression

For the people crying this video is fake/not possible to progress this way in 2 months. It is possible. I have good genetics, I am not tall(1.67), I had STRONG push basics back then and I have worked correctly. No rushing through progressions and always checking my form. If you still think I am lying, just because your progress is slow, doesnt mean mine have to be slow too. Some people progress fast, some slow. Thats how it work. Good luck for all the people trying to master the planche.

Bodyweight exercises are easier to do the less bodyweight you have. You looks pretty skinny, which helps in progressing fast, especially when the legs are skinny.

I love the people saying it's not possible in 2 months. IT IS. He trained correctly and his genetics is amazing. He didn't rush for the straddle, he built up a solid advanced tuck and then the straddle came more easily. Planche progression is frustrating and it's different for everybody but don't rush it. You can't go from tuck to straddle. Work on the intermediate progressions.

DL Street W and Weights how is that hating? Body weight training requires body weight. Someone who is 100 lbs will have a lot easier time doing it then someone who is 250 lbs and he was also in decent shape before he started too. Not saying that size is everything but it does play a roll.

I mean in some progressions you are kinda sceptical and suspicious, but that one is straight in your face people, no matter what you do, you can not go from 3 to 40 seconds tucked in a matter of a week. He is just flexing on camera and has probably done it for about 2 years (the whole progression) even if he is on PED(preformance enhancement drugs) he could not have such fast results, it is literally impossible. My problem is that he is discouraging people that had put more than 2 months of hard work and he is giving false hope to the newcomers of what is actually achievable in this short amount of time!! He is lying straight trough hes teeth and people are believing!

Do sets of tuck planche to get to 60 seconds of tuck planche overall for example 6 sets of 10 seconds, 4 sets of 15 seconds etc. Lock your elbows and do hollow body.Once you can hold 35 seconds perfect form tuck planche try advanced. Also do planche leans, psaudo push ups, pike push ups, tuck planche to advanced and then back to tuck and tuck planche push ups.

how the hell did you go from tuck to a straddle in 2 months?!?!? you must have meant 12 months xD anyway amazing progression. I have a question, I can currently hold a perfect form tuck planche for 35-40 seconds max but when I attempt the advanced tuck I fall immediately. What do you think I should do in this case? Should I improve my time to around 60 seconds or just give up? it's really frustrating me and I would really appreciate any tips from you. I hope u reply :)
