    I decided to start to taper. I was doing 4-5 doses a day that were around 6-8 g each… I cut down to 3 doses a day and I am going to start weighing my doses to cut back the amount of grams I am taking each day. Thank you for your videos they are helping me with this process

    Jesus is King brother! I'm glad I can give you guys energy! Early withdrawals were always runny nose and watery eyes and yawning and sneezing. Then at night it got rough. But it's rough at night for a week. Then your body starts healing itself. Low energy for a couple of weeks, but if you stay away from everything, your body heals itself. God created us with the ability to naturally heal most ailments, and that's what happens brother. 🙏

    I am an infrequent user of Kratom. Maybe five or six grams every three to five days. Thinking of giving it up since I only see stories of addiction, hair loss and other issues. So far I've only had positive experiences with it, but maybe I should quit while I'm ahead.

    Keith, you ever feel like you should be taking more risks, doing more? Like you aren't doing enough? This isn't a personal thing, right now in my eyes, you're going at it rn and handling life and in control, like you deserve to be here. Right now I feel like im not handling shit. Like im not really meant to be here. Im not saying i want to be unalive or anything lol, i really want to live and be here. I just look around and see others living life like their roll on this earth is to live their life handle it. But my role role on this earth is to be an observer. I dont want to be that way. I constantly have the feeling of not doing what i need to do looming over me, im not taking enough risks, or doing what i need to do to be a respectable functional adult. It feels like i have imposter syndrome, and not in a specific sense, but in a general all around sense. I have been severely addicted to kratom for years im so tired of it. I feel the best way to describe kratom addiction is "the ultimate time waste." Kratom addiction is a great way to waste your life. I used to experience the occasional "chills" when hearing songs, i used laugh uncontrollably and cry tears of laughter, a few times i cried tears of joy, I've been mesmerized, I've been in Awe, i've had profound feelings when reading or watching movies, I've had epiphanies, I've cared deeply. All that was before i was addicted to kratom, my kratom addiction takes that all away in such a subtle nonchalant way, it's hard to describe I haven't spoken such words, or even acknowledged such a deeply important feeling in years. Yet as i type this now, this should be giving me some sort of epiphany. This should be a life changing realization. But on kratom, it's just words. I'm tapering now, 30 gps to 8 so far. I hope i stick with it so my future self won't die in despair and regret after lying to myself all the way to death bed. Sorry buddy if you are wondering "wtf is this shit i just read", just know im over her wondering "wtf did is this shit i just typed?" Lol

  • @StrongKeithJ

    @StrongKeithJ

    9 ай бұрын

    I'm not wondering wtf you're typing at all. I had the same feelings for years. You describe kratom addiction perfectly. Ultimate time waste sounds right. We are so comfortable when we are on kratom, our so we think, that everything else suffers. Our emotions, our physical health, our love life, songs don't sound the same, etc. When I first quit I couldn't stop listening to music, it sounded incredible. I've gotten the chills multiple times at church, or hearing someone sing. I know what you mean about taking risks. I think deep inside the biggest risk we need to take is quitting. We know it will be hard and a long process. That's why we feel that way. Once you go through that, you will feel accomplished on the other side, I promise. Then you can focus on other aspects of your life. But if you're down to 8 grams a day, that's awesome! You've had the will power to get that low! You should quit now tbh. Prepare for a few weeks of being uncomfortable and little sleep, low energy. Go to the gym, make that a habit, and before you know it you'll be feeling great!

    I've been telling myself I'm going to quit for about a year now, and I fail to even try. Im scared tbh, your videos are extremely helpful. I'm down from 80g/day to 10g/day... 2 in AM, 2 after work, and 6 before bed. The restless leg at night has been a regular thing for me for months now, even when im not tapering.

  • @StrongKeithJ

    Tbh of you're used to the restless legs, just quit bro. That will go away in 2 weeks tops! I'm sure sooner! You're ready. If you've had the discipline to get down from 80g a day to 10g a day, you'll be great when you quit!

  • @StrongKeithJ

    Thank you brother! A plan is necessary! It will not take away the pain you go through, but it will provide structure. I was taking Liquid IV, heavy duty vitamin C all day, Magnesium, multi vitamin, vitamin D. I got the runs pretty bad around day 3, and it lasted a few weeks. So liquid iv or Gatorade is your friend.

    When I was using kratom, I drank 2-3 Monsters everyday. I really craved it! The first month I quit, I would drink a tea in the morning that had caffeine. I have been drinking more caffeine, but I notice I'll crash in the pm a little bit. So I've slowed down and I have either pre workout or one energy drink a day.

    Does your job require high concentration and focus? I'm on my day 8 now (12 including relapse on day 5 initially), eat a lot of supplements and different vitamins, feeling good phisically. But I cannot concentrate on my work and don't have motivation, I'm software engineer and what do I need now is FOCUS, CHILL and MENTAL ENERGY... Have no idea how to get this. Going to the gym almost every day and I would go every day if I would not work... I'm not in the god stuff, so will pray aliens, or matrix creator maybe, just joking

  • @StrongKeithJ

    Lol pray, meditate, just something spiritual is my advice. It was very hard for me to concentrate as well, my work suffered four a few weeks. But that's the process. It doesn't happen overnight, and if you throw yourself into whatever task needs to be done, even if you can't focus very good, that's better than not doing it at all. Everything will gradually get better, even your focus.
