2 minutes and 30 seconds until my prayer points fully run out on oldschool runescape; this is a nice little video to give me an audible cue when to go and hit the prayer altar and start the next 2 and a half minutes over. thanks for this!

Getting ready for a fight in June 12th, I decided to shadow boxe every day Ive no training in order to get ready. Those 2 mins rounds are perfect

I have 2 more ontervals to go and I'm a noodle already...ugh. I'm only doing 15 intervals. Give it another month and I'll need no breaks to finish my routine with this video. I'm just getting back into working out after losing 65 pounds so the beginning is rough but I can do this.
