Hey in some books it is said that according to merik's differential piece rate if a person's efficiency is above 100% then he will get 130% of normal piece rate.... Then what to choose 120% or 130% .....??

@@kruthisubbaiah.b4849 yaa thanks dear for clearing it. One. Of my sir told me that different rates applicable like for ca it's 120% which we were studying cma institute also follow same or different aisa kuch but for cs it's 83 % so different institute carrying different rates
