Playing games is different that Building Games. It needs strong Maths and Programming Skills, Graphis, Annimation etc.

B.Sc is a 3 year course in Arts and Science college which focuses more into Application of Computers. While B.Tech is a 4 year Engineering Technology based course where you will learn Application, Programming Languages along with the Computers itself. B.Tech is a more deeper course with more Maths oriented subjects with more practicals and hands on learning.
