​@@hemasree2019you can get chia seeds. They produce a slime that has a bunch of benefits. It's also really good to drink them as it helps with processing water and keeping you hydrated.

Perfect, I do advice soaking the aloe jelly to remove what I heard called “latex”. It irritates my skin so the soaking prevents that from happening.

Besan with yoghurt. I have butt length and deep oil it and use this mixture 2-3 times and it gets the oil our. But the downside is that it is quite messy.

If anyone is wondering if it works I just want to say it does and I’ve used it for many years I only recently stopped but am going back

i don’t know if it would mess with this recipe in particular, but in a few other similar recipes they recommend mixing in a good shampoo, though you should only do this while the mixture is still hot or at least warm because it won’t mix properly
