My brother bought this home in Surprise, AZ, (Lennar at Asante at Discovery) and after he closed we installed a security camera system and while we were in the attic we realized that Lennar did not blow in the insulation in the ceiling above the smaller home and that it was always hot in there during the first summer he lived there. Lennar did take care of these issues, but the only way we found it was because we cut an attic access hole in the single car garage to access that area, and it was all just drywall and wires because the insulation team could not access it from the main house because of the pitch of the roof in that area. The neighbor guy who had the same model house had the same problem and after that word spread all over the neighborhood to people who had that same model for them to check ASAP!

it's like trying to watch a Spike Lee movie. The camera person pans so fast it's dizzying but great looking home, Would have been great to see all of the Next-Gen side

Wayyyy over priced for a mudhut! Yes they may look ok for now but wait not even a year and the house starts falling apart. I work on these and see the jobs that others do. 0 care just getting the job done. Go watch the people building them before purchasing 😅
