It'd be cool to see Black Hand get air units like that, I imagine it'd make them feel a bit like China from Generals where they have those flame bombers that just annihilate bases and infantry like nothing else. Be even cooler if they included that gimmick the bombers had where four bombs on the same spot creates a massive fire storm.

21:23 This seems to be the turning point of this match. All these crushes of infantry when Bike was kinda on the ropes if they got through. Gives the chance to recover.

folks at EA are so stupid to abandon this... this without any support for 10 years is the next best thing after starcraft (similar to AOE2), to me this is better than star craft honestly

Amazing, Space playing Black Hand got out-flame tanked! Those pure-toxin mechas are pretty much flame tanks, except twice as expensive, 33% less powerful but 50% faster. That phased walker play was genius. 30:40 The MCV got saved because most of those mecha had transitioned to shard segments to deal with units and weren't as effective against buildings.

Great games, I think the ability for phased units to crush is just too much - plus it goes against the in universe mechanics of the ability 😂.

That first game was *relentless*, wow. Love me some Black Hand that isn't just spamming inferior Scorps and forgetting all about BH's strengths.

BH is mostly about man spam and purifying flames. If you Scorp spam with them, you're doing it wrong - vanilla Nod is the only one that really excels since they are the only one that can upgrade them with lasers.

My god that was absolute aggro from Masterleaf on the first game, it was amazing!

While I'll judge Tesla for his GDI play. But BikeRush, he never disappoints with how crazy things get.

That Phased ability saved BIke in the second match. Without it he would've surely lost. Then that OP Mechapede spam.

I look away for a few minutes and BRO has an eradicator and a redeemer.

Voice of kane is rare ... *it needs a bigger radius* ... like this its a very expensive infantry defense. They should give it 20% more ranga and see what happens

Hey Sy, what happened to 1.03? Don't think I have seen any games played on that version for quite some time now. Did it fall out of favour? I miss Black Hand having Venoms.

Funny you should ask. I have a 1.03 game coming in the next couple days. I think it's still played by a group of people and CGF is still making tournaments to get people to play it.

Can someone explain the logic with buying an operations center and selling it to just get more black hand units? Cause I don't really understand.

I'll bullet point it to make it straightforward and to present it like a line of thought: 1. Building one Hand of Nod and then one Black Hand squad takes roughly just as long as building one Ops Center, the Ops Centers _are_ a little bit more costly though; 2. When a player only wants the one squad, and they do not need more infantry production, the Hand of Nod is rather unnecessary, making an infantry production structure is a commitment towards producing at least a handful of infantry; 3. The Ops Center (or whichever structure the player is selling) can be used defensively, to block attacks, by placing it in a forward position, as if it was a wall; 4. Once the Ops Center is sold, the Black Hand squads will appear where they are needed: in battle, instead of being behind the front line, coming out of a Hand of Nod, and having to walk to the fight, which wastes precious time in a critical situation; 5. While this is happening, the Hand of Nod will still be producing an uninterrupted queue of infantry, as it was before, this means that the player has to dedicate less of their attention to managing the infantry queue, it means they won't have to cancel the infantry in the queue to queue up some Black hand squads to respond to the attack, and they won't have to queue up those infantry units again once the crisis over, it's less clicks and less time being distracted managing build queues.

Sad that Space missed out on the transiation. The middle flamer push with no real anti tank support? Like why not spam rockets?! ... weird

This game is 15 years old. I'm old too now. But it's still prettier than starcraft 2. Somehow, and more interesting. But the industry has become very sick overall.

@@Mantorok12 Actually for some reason they really really really rarely get built by these players. But in that particular case I would say: no time as there was constant presure in defending.

@@bilib1891 I think it's because the low rate of fire, and one shot takes out one squad member. Could be good for taking out the rockets, but there was just so many people in those squads.

Snipers aren't good against BH in general because the latter will always outnumber them - you're better off with AP ammo APCs. Also, Black Hands/Disciples take 2 shots to kill and they always come in giant mosh pits.

@@SoldierOfFate yikes I didn't realize confessors and black hand members take 2 sniper shots to kill. They may have helped against the rockets, but there's still way too much infantry. What about grenades against BH? I really never see grenades used competitively, except rarely for the EMP. I figured they would be a 1 to 1 analogue for black hand?

If only þere were anyone, who could wring a tournament off Bikerushownz. Maybe shocktrepet, if he furþer improves his style?

does anyone know if kanes wrath from steam has the multiplayer working? or do you need to do some manual setup/hacking to have that?

Yes, you do. There is a video by Sybert or someone else from the community (Green_Zero, probably) on how to set the multiplayer working. It's 7 years old or smth but I think it still works.

ZOCOM and Steel Talons harvesters had slower tiberium-gathering rates than GDI Vanilla's harvesters. Not sure why that didn't get spotted immediately and patched.

harvesting rate is slower, zocom preds XP is same as mammoth tank are the main two. bunch of smaller bugs oversights too, but these are the main offenders.

@@BikeRush I venture þere are some people, who look at matches like þey do wiþ films. It is to a great part due to þe wish to fully experience þe story, and one cannot experience þe story wiþ fueled investment, if þe conclusion of it was already gotten to know. Contrary to þose, who look at ... and enjoy a match for its technical aspect, þey are in for þe suspense, þe þrill. If you are invested in a good comic book series and someone tells you þat Eberhardt þe janitor is þe final villain, you would be quite annoyed. Anyways, to þose, who look at KW matches in such manner , you 're crucially a living spoiler.

It's also messed up 'cus the actual content is good most of the time. What a freaking paradox, eh. And even though I'm a Nod player, but that 1st BH bash-stomp pa-a-ained.. like fuck...those GDI got OBLITERATED, literally.

@@BikeRush First off nothing against you as a person or player. You are topp 1 player everyone knows that. What I am trying to say is that it gets boring to see the same person win all the time. Like if there is a game BO9 and you always win 5 in a row no fun to watch. It would be more fun for viewers if it was back and fort.
