I love your horse, she looks exactly like my mare. I watch all of your videos they are very helpful. I just purchased your book. I'm taking riding lessons and am always taking notes. This book will be a great asset in riding on the days I don't have a lesson. It's like having my instructor with me constantly. Thank you, keep the videos coming

This is exactly the video I needed! I have been trying to stay in a neutral seat, but after only a short time I notice that I’ve reverted to an anterior seat without even realising it. I find it so frustrating that I constantly have to keep correcting myself, and I really hope that eventually it will become easier to maintain without requiring such conscious thought.

Aside from stretches… A friend of mine rides the warm up walk with her feet out of the stirrups to help with this.

Did you ever read Sally Swift's book Centred Riding? Sally had scoliosis and spent a lifetime teaching others with the same to have a good seat.
