I can vouch for this comment. I dropped out of the Illinois Art Institute because their Photoshop course was teaching me stuff I'd already learned in my high school commercial design elective class. Save your money, and learn for free from these guys online.

I love when you explain something that makes complete sense and then ask if it made sense, answer that it didn’t make sense, and then explain it again. Seriously, I love it. So funny. But also, showing the different ways to understand something is the mark of a great teacher.

Your videos could not be more quick and concise. You quickly tell us how to do these things but also you say commonly asked questions and answer them. And not to mention the perfect production quality! Simply amazing.

I've been taking Photoshop classes for years and I never knew you could make so much use out of the smudge tool and the legacy brightness and contrast. Very well-made video!

This is amazing, thank you for posting. I've been able to get fine masks, but simply painting directly on the mask with brushes, feathered or not. But this looks much smoother and efficient. I hope you gain more subscribers. Thank you! My mask edges look so much better after applying your tips.

My favorite way of dealing with fringes is to create an hue/saturation adjustment layer. Set it to some dark brown color, or whatever fits best. Put a mask on it and then just paint over the fringed. Effectively what you are doing is that, instead of removing the fringe, you change the color of the fridge to something that makes it look like its a natural part of the image.

A similar way is 'inner glow' set to multiply. But I will sure try your way as well.
