Thank you pastor Paul for your teachings 💯

I stopped attending my church because they kept pressing the attendees to tithe, give & donate. It was almost every other sermon. At the time I was broke. It made me feel unwelcome at the church after a while. Today, reading 2 Corinthians 9:7 it really inspires me to get back into a new church that won’t pressure us like to give $. I’m a government employee, barely making ends meet.

Thank you Pastor Paul. Every time I watch this I learn a new truth about giving in the kingdom of my Father. To God be the glory and may His will be done in all of His children's lives.

Thanks be to God for this bible study. Even today it is bringing blessings. I have learnt that giving or sharing freely is like a cycle. We give freely, God gives back to us freely and it continues. This is an extreme blessings.

What a powerful teaching thanks pastor I pray for a cheerful giver this year of 2024

So mom gave her daughter a dollar bill and a quarter and told her to choose which one to put in the collection plate and she could keep the other one for herself. Later mom asked which one she gave. "Well I was going to put the dollar bill in the plate, but when the preacher said "God loves a cheerful giver", I know I would be much more cheerful about giving the quarter!

So good! Thank you Pastor! I pray that more preachers and teachers of the word teach about this.

Love the comments on being under the New Covenant and not under the command to tithe ,but that we now owe God eve🎉rything ,giving from what's in my heart ,the tithe teaching is so strong that it's hard for Christians to even entertain this thought

I was definitely giving out of compulsion but, had my old church preached this passage clearly instead of quoting Malachi 3:10 all the time and telling us we’re gonna be cursed, I would’ve continued my giving. Even tho I was reaping bountifully, I was a compulsive giver. They confused me until I read the scriptures and now I know how to give. I love helping and giving. lol in my case, 10% is more easy to calculate than trying to come up with a number so, hey, bank on it! 😂 God Bless this preacher.

this was my mode always cheerful..giving loving everyone then some really bad humans began taking and thought it was funny its a real sad what ive been through really sad but again i feel they are just tooo ignorant to understand such kindness ... today these lessons remind me they ttom my shoes they must need them they took my coffee cup they must need it i hope they can one day see that life could be better with God .. but mostly i hope they leave my neighborhoods

Great teaching Sir. This giving and tithing has been abused in my part of the world to enslave the people . It appears the pastors are the only ones getting richer while the congregation gets poorer. Its almost become blackmail to get the members to give but no one can see who is benefiting from the money collected except the pastors in their ostentatious lifestyles. I stopped giving to the church now but directly to the poor . I pray understanding for all .

I dont understand why preachers try to pressure people to give. My grandmother pastor got mad because I didnt tithe.

All of us who believe in the Bible and accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior are saints. We all have a special purpose in God's plan.

This sounds like what prosperity gospel preaches.
