You don't relly to much on Hydra with Xin Zhao, unless you want a quick Knock up with the active AA reset. Also you can rush Eclipse with him and you're going to run anyone down. His build pattern is pretty similar to Lee Sin right now, so, build any of those 4 items. Also, Terminus is pretty busted and overlooked on him, so, you can give it a try as well.
