As someone who has done the one chip challenge, it’s… an experience. I would absolutely not suggest it mid ride or whilst at all dehydrated. Unless you’re freakishly comfortable with VERY spicy things, this will leave you with tears streaming down your face, drooling, hiccuping, and just generally every one of your senses being irritated. The unsettling part is that it feels like it’s just impossible to make the burn stop. I’d consider myself pretty tolerant to spicy food, and this just made me look like a giant wuss.

Voice of experience here: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU DO THE ONE CHIP CHALLENGE. Bin it as soon as you can. If you must, try a small nibble but have plenty of milk at hand to wash your mouth.

It's only day 3 and the "Justin Cam" is the best running joke of this trip, which will improve once you all get off the coast. Looking forward to you both making it to the Southwest and seeing some of the majesty of it all.

This series is 5000% better than any of those clueless "celebrity" travelogue programs on TV!

Indeed, once they arrive in L.A. that bar tape will have an _urban camo_ look to it - road grime + hand sweat + blue Gatorade

Currently sat at home with a fractured scapula and broken ribs after crashing whilst gravel riding near Puttenham common and Justin’s laugh is so infectious it’s causing me great pain 😂Amazing trip down far and seeing as I’ll probably be off work for the duration of your trip I look forward immensely to the daily updates. Inspirational stuff lads.

Hello my injury brother. I'm sat at home with a shattered tibia and fibula. My gravel bike was in the garage, though. I slipped down steep granite trail steps in the sierras. Had to be carried out in a search and rescue wheel barrow.

Dude it’s so crazy seeing y’all in my home state! It sounds like you’re going straight north up the coast. FL has a coast to coast bike trail that connects the Titusville to Tampa. Of course by the time you see this you’ll probably be long past it lol. This is an amazing thing you guys are doing!!

I ride Rockledge Drive between Viera and Cocoa when I'm visiting family. Great ride and and that bike shop/cafe is worth the stop if in that area. Think I'll need to plan a longer ride up to Space Coast next time. Inspiring stuff guys!

my friend went to see the space shuttle take off and had to wait 3 days as the take off got delayed twice but you guys saw a rocket take with out even trying ....he was lucky to get a ride on a Concord and sat next to one of the creators of the plane though : - D
