I'm never sure about the true value of these common areas. A good sized pool I get, but other things like a small gym and work space seem a bit pointless and a drag on your baht. Most people (ie, me) would prefer to join a quality gym and do the job properly. Btw, nice touring today, Gim. ✨✨

you need to tell the developers that a living arear that size is too small for a 3 bedroom home let alone a 4 they need to give more room over to living instead of bedrooms

Again this is Thailand they don’t make every 3 or 4 bedroom house the same.No homes in Thailand have the same layout unless it’s built by the same developer and apart of the same project.I have seen big 3 and 4 bedroom homes in Chiang Mai for around the same price.Thailand’s infrastructure for real estate isn’t standard every home will be different.So don’t think that every home in Chiang Mai that’s 3 bedrooms is like this because it’s not.

@@Fatehakhrib I grew up in a house of 5 kids and 2 parents and even with a lot more land than that the living room arear is too small for a family the size that could live in a 4 bed house

@@minniewonghy Foreigners cannot buy this unit in their names. However, they can establish a company and buy it in the company's name. But the company must have a Thai partner holding more than half of the shares 😂 Just buy a condo for peace of mind.
