Natural Queen Sicka no but I knew how long it was before it locked up. And after it fully locked I pulled my hair down to see where I was and it still wasn’t any growth.

A. Tee N’Tee I see! If you really want to cut it then that’s your choice. I honestly think the 3 year mark is when people truly start to see and notice growth. The shrinkage can be real when it comes to locs lol and based on the pics in the video it took a while until the length started to show. Everyone’s journey is unique to them and regardless of your decision...I wish you the best 🤗

What made you choose two strands twist over comb coils? This is my second time locing my hair and I am indecisive on how I want to start them. Also, how many locs do you have? Sorry I’m asking so many questions:)

Hey Mrs. DDP! I didn't know how to comb coil my own hair and my loose natural hair was about armpit length before I decided to loc my hair and I would usually see comb coils being done on shorter length hair. I also wore my hair in two strand twist often and it seemed like the best choice to go with because if they unraveled I could maintain it myself. I started with 120 locs and i'm not sure how many I have now. I know I combined a lot and I will most likely do a loc count vid in the future :) I would advice that you go with whatever loc method you think would work best for you. I hope that helped and good luck with your loc journey!

So it looks like your locs are doing the same thing that mine are doing 🤔 I dyed my locs all black but I’m noticing as time goes on, the ends are starting to revert back and I think it’s the weirdest thing ever 🤔
