1. Discipline is the key. 2. Passion should be cared. 3. Starting should not only be money oriented. The CGPA of Tahsin is 2.20

1. Maintaining ethics in case of projects. 2. Starting with little job, it may be local or global. 3. Being too much disciplined. The guests' CGPA is 2.20

The 3 things I learned from the Dev Podcast is 1- We need to be honest at any circumstances 2- We need to be patient , If we are skilled enough we will get our desired results, 3- CGPA is important it can give a kickstart in our desired carrier but at the core we need to be skilled to get our dreamed job. There were many lessons and tips. I liked these the most: 1. Start experimenting/ learn new skills: important + underrated advice. 2. Accountability: Everyone really need a Borobhai/ accountability partner, otherwise we tend to slack off or get lazy 3. Wisely choose your clients/ freelance projects you work on. This is also very important to keep in mind and not get too greedy. Gotta stay true to your roots And the answer to your second question is- 2.2 CGPA I also liked the University and freelancing life insights. 3 important pieces of knowledge that I gained here 1. Never stop your learning. 2. Money is not the ultimate goal of life. 3. CGPA doesn't matter in all sector of job. Tahsin Brather's CGPA 2.20

Three important messages which i get from the podcast are : 1.Give your moral principles and private comfort and family time first priority. 2.Constant improvement 3.My time in college is an experiment that will help me reach my ultimate aim. Tahsin Vai has a CGPA of 2.20.

Web dev -এ জুনিয়র/মিডিয়াম পজিশনে জব পেতে বয়স কতটুকু matter করে, বাংলাদেশের প্রেক্ষিতে? কত বয়সের পর বাংলাদেশের বাজারে web dev শুরু করার চিন্তা বাদ দেয়া উচিত?

১. একাডেমিক পড়াশুনা, রেজাল্ট খুব ভালো না হলেও হতাশ হওয়ার কিছু নাই যদি সে কোনো স্কিল ডেভেলপ করায় সময় ইনভেস্ট করে । ২. ভার্সিটি লাইফে ফ্রেন্ড সার্কেল, আড্ডা এগুলা থেকে দূরে থাকলে হয়তো মনে হতে পারে লাইফে অনেক কিছু মিস করলাম , বাট দিন শেষে এটা একটা সফলতার লক্ষণ । ৩. সবসময় নতুন কিছু শেখার মেন্টালিটি থাকতে হবে , যত ভালো পজিশনেই থাকো না কেনো এর পরেও নিজেকে আপডেট করতে হবে , নিজেকে আপডেট করার জন্য ইনভেস্ট করতে হবে । CGPA 2.2
