Pick a few of the most effective skills and practice them thousands of times until you can do them instinctively without thinking. The reason that you forget skills in matches is that you haven't practiced them enough. Simply being able to do a skill is not enough because, like you said, you will just forget it when you are under pressure. But if you practice and repeat a skill thousands of times, you will burn it into your memory. Then the next time you need it, your body will just move instinctively without you having to think about it.

I've been watching your videos since the past 3 years. I trained a lot during COVID in my backyard football field. Now I am selected for the state level football team😄. But this wouldn't be possible without you and your videos with perfect explaining methods. Thanks a lot for all of your efforts. And OMG I actually got more like than the AllAttack comment isn't it?

These skills are good and mostly I use the inside out one but the problem is I dont have poor pace but I have a poor physicality which makes it easy for them to give me a body push and make me fall.

The defenders that bends his knee, rocks back and forth, sets, pressures you and then waits for you to do your move to just stick out their leg and stop the move in one second: 🗿🗿🍷

Best advice is stop and go. Change of pace. Even if they know what you are doing. But you break their rhythm, they can't do much to you. Most of us have average speed. Shoulder drop, head movement for faking, hands movement, all these plays a part. When you want to do a fake, you need to sell it hard while maintaining proper composure so you can change direction. Never dribble at 100% speed unless chasing for a loose ball. dribble at 50-60% then change of speed to 80-90%.. plus some stop and go, with walking style. I am sure they have problem catching you. Look at initiesta.

Just today I was playing football in the street with my friends and I used the first trick for slow players then followed it up with a La Croqueta

The best skill move that works for every player is the nutmeg just wait till the Defender dives in and push the ball between there legs

Running at a good defender won't work. They won't run backwards. They will turn and run along side you then put pressure on your side causing the attacker to lose momentum as they try to poke the ball away.

@@sebfox2194 that's true but that wasn't the point they made. Essentially made it seem like defenders will try to run backwards the whole time. I've never seen anyone do this. For short bursts sure but in general.. it's silly.

If they stare at the ball , just nutmeg them, they probably won’t look at anywhere else but the ball itself. Or get close to them and just blow by them.
