The first lure is a Heddon Crab Wiggler Noahs is a crackle back finish Fletcher’s is a either strawberry, or red and green spot. Lure 2 is a Heddon slope nose style lure (I’m not sure if those were true slope noses) lure 3 is a South Bend Surf-Oreno it’s a top water prop bait.

What part of SC are you from? I’ve got some great ponds in my area you should try out!

I remember the days of trying to put on weight. 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day. 27 grams of protein per meal(the most your body can process at a time) Then carbs and fats would be based off your body type. Ectomorph, mesomorph, metamorph. A lot of carbs and more mono saturated fats if you’re an ectomorph like I was, hard to gain weight. If you’re looking for mass then stick to higher reps, sets, higher volume, lower weight. (8-15 reps, 50-75% of 1RM) If you’re interested in strength then keep it lower reps, less sets, less reps, higher weight. (4-6 reps, 70-90% of 1RM) Ectomorphs stick to compound exercises, other body types and can switch it up. Learn the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercises and know why each is important. Good luck!

What knots do you both use?

I had a duck come in for a landing once right after I cast my chatterbait. He swooped in catching my line with his feet. He swam all around the pond and I just had to feed him line so he didn’t get the hook. Took five mins to get it back. I also had a beaver surface and swim through my line with a whopper plopper attached. He swam till the bait gave him hooks and immediately dove. My lure came off right after he dove. This dude felt like a huge salt water fish, I’ve never had anything strip drag so hard. Anyways I stripped down and dove in for my deeply snagged plopper. Got it back but had to bend back both hooks because the got bent out hard
